Steps from the heart of Buena Vista; Downtown BV_311 shares a rustic alleyway with E Main St amenities, restaurants, music, and seasonal events. This single-family home is a half mile walk to the Arkansas River with hiking/biking on either side. Enjoy the 'Lawn' amphitheater & the Surf Park at South Main, and the vast events/gatherings it holds throughout the year.

Discover the perfect mountain retreat, blending modern elegance with rustic charm. The first floor features a beautifully designed open-concept 'Great Room' with mountain-modern finishes and plank wood flooring, seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Ideal for hosting, this inviting space is perfect for lively gatherings, from sharing laughs to dining and toasting with friends and family.

Upstairs, you’ll find three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: a luxurious King Room, a cozy Queen Room, and a spacious Bunk House with four full beds. The Queen and Bunk House share a full bathroom equipped with a large tub, while the Master Suite enjoys the privacy of its own ensuite bath. Every room is designed for comfort, featuring ceiling or floor fans (sometimes both) to ensure optimal airflow and calming white noise. Soundproof insulation has been added between rooms to guarantee a peaceful, restful night for all guests.

Ample parking is available for all visitors, with street parking out front, or space for larger vehicles, like RVs, in the deep back driveway (40’) off the ally.

We stayed for 2 nights. The rental was very clean and the location was perfect. You could walk easily to the downtown restaurants and shops. There were lots of beds so the sleeping arrangements were great.

Great house! Very well stocked. Great location…walking distance to everything! Large living area, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, great backyard area. We’ve stayed in probably 8-10 different rentals in BV, and this was our favorite. Will definitely be back!

Location was great! You could walk to everything… restaurants, shops, hiking trail, groceries, liquor store. The house is very clean and comfortable. The sitting area in the back is a nice perk to have a private spot to relax outdoors.

We've stayed in BV two times before, and this was by far our best experience. Such a beautiful and comfortable home, and more spacious inside than it appears to be. Hard to imagine a a better location for a VRBO of this caliber.

The pictures don't do this house justice. It's much bigger than it looks, and it's perfectly located near main street for easy walking distance to pretty much any kind of food or store you'd want.

Perfect location & great space for a family

The house could not be in a more perfect location. All restaurants & shops only 1 block away. This home was the most stocked rental we have ever been at. It was very clean, spacious & the bunk bed room was a hit with my children. We went dog sledding, skiing, snow mobiling & to the hot springs. Great stay!

Very nice property and good location

Very nice, new construction. Went skiing in Leadville which is about an hour drive, and went to Cottonwood Hot Springs which was about 10 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping just a quick walk around the corner. View from house itself is of commercial properties vs. the cuter area of downtown, but you are only steps away.

Excellent spotless property close to town

The very clean, modern home is located within walking distance of all that Buena Vista offers.The home was very well equipped with cookery, towels, bedding.The outdoor space was shaded, comfortable and has the added benefit of listening to live music nearby on South Main Street.There is a sister property next door - so if you had a really big crew you could rent both.We enjoyed our stay - the host keep us apprised of door codes and had detailed instructions on checking in and out.We’d definitely stay here again and recommend this home to others
