Welcome to 25 Ruddy Turnstone! This beautifully renovated five bedroom, five bathroom home is located third row ocean in Sea Pines and can host a group of up to 14 guests. With the beach path just next to the home, it takes no time to get to the beach!

This home features a nice pool deck area with a gas grill. The pool and soaking style spa be heated seasonally – please see more details in the description below. There is an additional fee to heat the pool and/or soaking style spa - please reach out to our office in advance if you are interested.

1st Floor:

The main living room with a flat screen television and is open to the kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas stovetop and a double oven. The dining room table has ample seating. Additional seating is located outside on the deck or bar top on the kitchen island.

A queen bed room has a spacious desk, flat screen TV, and closet. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower located adjacent to the entrance of this bedroom.

The first of two washer and dryers is located on the first floor in the laundry room.

Mid-Level:

A queen bedroom with a private bathroom that has his-and-her-sinks + a walk-in shower. The second laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on this floor.

The second of two washer and dryers is located on the mid-level floor in the additional laundry room.

2nd Floor:

On the second floor landing, there is a sitting area with a flat screen TV. Just behind this landing, there is a small room with two twin beds. Perfect spot for the little ones! The bathroom access would be shared with one of the bedrooms on this floor.

The next bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another king bedroom, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom has two double beds with a private bathroom that has a walk-in shower.

25 Ruddy Turnstone is the perfect home for a beach getaway - large enough for a big family and very close to the ocean!

• Pool Info: Fully renovated in 2022, the pool is approximately 25 feet by 12 feet. The pool and soaking style spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The soaking style spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee. **If you elect to add spa heat onto your stay - please note that while the spa will heat up to 102-104 degrees, the jets will circulate the water at a low pressure creating an experience which is more like a soaking spa.**
