This lovely 5 bedroom villa with private pool is located in central Protaras, just 5 minutes walk from all amenities of the resort centre and the fabulous beaches.

The villa is set out on three levels. The ground floor features an open plan dining and kitchen area with seating for 8 persons and a fitted kitchen with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Patio doors lead onto a large veranda which is ideal for outside dining and has views down towards the sea. The living room is situated at the back of the property, overlooking the pool area and features a comfortable sitting area with satellite TV and DVD player. There is also a WC on this floor.

Upstairs, the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms and a twin room all with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Downstairs, the lower ground floor features 2 double bedrooms and a shower room. This floor also gives access to the garden and pool area which is spacious and sunny with plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing. A covered area features a Ping-Pong table and there is also a shaded sitting area which is perfect for enjoying the warm summer evenings.

The villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday and an excellent choice for those who want to be close to all that Protaras has to offer.

Excellent Location

We were a group of 2 families with 3 older teenagers (17 & 19) looking for a villa in walking distance of bars and restaurants and this ticked the boxes perfectly. Around 5 minutes walk to Lidl with a huge range of cafes, bars & restaurants within 10 minutes and the beach around 15 minutes away. The villa was spacious enough for 7 of us and worked well for our group with 1 family taking the top floor and the other using the pool level rooms giving us each our own space and bathroom. The pool was big enough for floating on a lilo or a few games of volleyball although the weather meant the temperate was more bath-like than refreshing by the end of the day. The only downside for us was that the trees around the pool meant we lost the sun by 17:30 but we just went to the beach if we wanted early evening sun. We’ve all agreed we would return to Protaras and would recommend this villa for anyone wanting to be in close proximity to the strip
