Villa located south on the Corniche d'Or in Anthéor, near the village of Agay, between Cannes and Saint Tropez, with its garden and private jacuzzi.

The villa Brise de Mer, house fully renovated in 2018, offers for holidays with family or friends, a splendid sea view near Cap Roux, the Bear's Peak in the red rocks, forest estate that allows beautiful hiking or mountain biking.

A very large terrace and its Mediterranean garden with garden furniture and barbecue, invites you to relax.

The ocean swim spa, takes the benefits of a swimming pool and spa, swimming and hydromassage. Its exceptional capacity of 9 places will allow you to enjoy these benefits with your friends and family. Its waterfall with LEDs will take you to the land of dreams and cicadas. + 110 hydromassage jets

The villa is fenced. Parking is easy in front of the house.

The villa Brise de Mer guarantees you a successful holiday with a sandy beach and beautiful coves all more beautiful than the others along the Corniche.

Shuttles by boat from Agay or Saint Raphael provide trips to the islands of Lérins, Cannes and Saint Tropez.

Foto's van de advertentie komen niet echt overeen met de realiteit. Binnen was de woning ok, goede airco in elke kamer, alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Twee van de zeven ligstoelen onbruikbaar, geen bbq aanwezig zoals vermeld in de advertentie. Tuinmeubilair stuk en geen kussens aanwezig ( onbruikbaar).weinig schaduw rondom de woning( drie kleine parasols). De trein passeert op 5 meter van de woning. ( Niet vermeld in de advertentie). Slot buitendeur was stuk, onmiddellijk na aankomst gemeld bij de conciërge, maar dit werd de ganse week genegeerd ( 3 maal gemeld) het excuus was dat er in deze periode moeilijk een slotenmaker te bereiken is, dus de ganse week de deur niet op slot kunnen doen.zeer vervelend tijdens een daguitstap! Lakens voor 1 persoonsbed ipv dubbel bed; pas na twee dagen in orde gebracht door de conciërge...

Posto molto tranquillo appartamento ben organizzato

Si code appieno la tranquillità del posto la vicinanza al mare alle spiagge di Agay .Forse sarebbe opportuno che nei bagni (cechi e senza finestre) si istallassero delle ventole .
