Foto's van de advertentie komen niet echt overeen met de realiteit. Binnen was de woning ok, goede airco in elke kamer, alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Twee van de zeven ligstoelen onbruikbaar, geen bbq aanwezig zoals vermeld in de advertentie. Tuinmeubilair stuk en geen kussens aanwezig ( onbruikbaar).weinig schaduw rondom de woning( drie kleine parasols). De trein passeert op 5 meter van de woning. ( Niet vermeld in de advertentie). Slot buitendeur was stuk, onmiddellijk na aankomst gemeld bij de conciërge, maar dit werd de ganse week genegeerd ( 3 maal gemeld) het excuus was dat er in deze periode moeilijk een slotenmaker te bereiken is, dus de ganse week de deur niet op slot kunnen doen.zeer vervelend tijdens een daguitstap! Lakens voor 1 persoonsbed ipv dubbel bed; pas na twee dagen in orde gebracht door de conciërge...

Pour répondre brièvement a votre appréciation : le mobilier de jardin est changé chaque année, mais les vacanciers précédent ont pu casser un ou deux transats (8 mis a votre disposition), les barbecues sont interdits sur la cote d'azur mais vous avez a disposition une plancha XXL, la serrure est a été changé en juin, il faut juste relevé la poignée avant de tourner la clé, pour l'ombre, 3 parasols me paraissait suffisant, la saison prochaine, j'en trouverai des plus grands..., les fenêtres et portes fenêtres sont équipés de vitrages spéciales trains et avions pour une très haute performance phonique. Sachez que je fais tout mon possible pour améliorer chaque année les prestations de ma villa.

Posto molto tranquillo appartamento ben organizzato

Si code appieno la tranquillità del posto la vicinanza al mare alle spiagge di Agay .Forse sarebbe opportuno che nei bagni (cechi e senza finestre) si istallassero delle ventole .
