Imagine opening the backdoor, stepping out onto the patio into the hot desert sun, and your view is an immaculate resort style pool and beautiful desert mountains; that is the reality at Poolside Villa! Located in Santa Clara, within the Ocotillo Springs Resort, this home is any type of vacationer's paradise. With quick access to multiple national parks, amazing resort amenities, and golf a short drive away; you will never have a dull moment while at Poolside Villa!

This newly built 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath townhome is conveniently located behind the community pool, with views of Red mountain. Poolside villa can comfortably sleep 10 guests, or up to 14 guests with the assistance of 4 twin roll out sleeping pads. Enjoy the quiet of the morning, sipping on a cup of coffee on your private balcony, watching the beautiful sunrise. Spend your days relaxing and swimming at the resort style pool. Take a day trip to one of the many National or State Parks nearby. Enjoy the beautiful scenery while taking a walk along one of the many walk/bike paths right out your front door. You will love cooking meals that everyone will enjoy in the fully equipped kitchen. Challenge each other to a ping pong tournament in the garage or any of the games on Xbox 1 upstairs! After the end of a long day in the sun, barbeque and relax with a cold drink in hand, out on the back patio under the setting desert sun. Timeless memories are waiting to be made at Poolside Villa!

Beautiful condo! The bunk room was a little tight and claustrophobic for my kids' liking. Most opted to sleep on the floor if they didn't get the top bunk. However, there were fold out mats for the floor, so it was awesome! The pool was great and had easy access. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed minus a few minor things. I should have brought a few laundry pods, only because we needed more than 3 pods and you need to leave a load washed of linens or towels when you leave. Great service and great place!

Great place for the family

Being only steps from the community pool, and minutes away from Snow Canyon State Park this property was ideal for my family. It was clean and spacious. Will stay here again.

Great vacay! Close to pool!

We had a great time at this home. It was perfectly sufficient for two families and we really enjoyed our visit. Access to two Pickleball courts and a great pool and splash pad were the cherry on top!

Our kids had a blast!

Fun stay for our kids while traveling for a baseball tournament. The kids loved the bunk room, gaming system, pool, and activities in the pool house. The property was beautifully designed and maintained. We will keep this property in mind for future visits to the area.

Great place!

The place was clean and comfortable and the pool area was so fun for our kids. Owners were very responsive. The best part is the pool is right outside the back patio doors so it’s like it’s in your backyard! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was wonderful!
