Blu is a newly built luxury condo complex situated right on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico on Okaloosa Island. Our condo is a 4 bedroom/3 bath unit with 1837 sq. ft. inside and 235 sq. ft. of balcony space, total 2072 square feet of luxuriousness.

Terrific room!

Great condo, awesome view of beach and pool! Easy walk to beach, very secure, difficult to remember all the codes though. Would definitely here again.

Beautiful Turquoise Water and White Sand

This is a spacious beachfront condo with great views of the beautiful water. It was so easy to just walk out to the beach and sit in our awaiting chairs under the umbrella. The condo was very clean and the Host was extremely responsive to any inquiries. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Thanksgiving

Perfect Vacation

We stay in Fort Walton every summer and this condo was definitely the best one we have ever rented. It was very spacious, well decorated and very clean. The location was great and not far from several restaurants. Michelle was always easy to get in touch with and very helpful in answering any questions we had. We will definitely book here again next year.

Perfect family condo

This condo exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully decorated, conveniently located, and most importantly, clean. I always clean rentals before I let my family get comfortable and for the first time I found the rental was clean to my satisfaction. The check in process was easy and all of the codes to access the gym, beach, ect. were accurate…another novel experience.

We have vacationed several times in Fort Walton. This was the first at Blu. It totally exceeded our expectations! Beautiful property. Clean! And Michelle was awesome and very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back!!

Best Condo we have stayed at

First off, Michelle is amazing. It was so nice to have her cell number and to be able to communicate with the owner and not a management company. Michelle was even able to get us a early check in. We have been staying in the Destin/Sandestin area since 2006 and this is by far the best experience we have had. Her condo is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. We had my family of 5 ( 3 kids-5,8,20 months) our best friends family of 4 (2 kids 8,5), and my parents. We each had large, comfortable beds with attached personal bathrooms/showers. There isn’t 1 single complaint we have. The property is beautiful, private, beach is not crowded, 1 pool was heated—-it was our best trip to this area and we will definitely stay again!

Fall family trip

We had an amazing time on our fall break. The hotel amenities were amazing. The owner is easy to communicate with and replies very fast for any questions or concerns you may have. We had 4 adults with 4 kids and had plenty of space on the condo without feeling crapped.

Gulf Coast Perfection

Our family absolutely loved this location and property. The pools and common spaces were exceptionally maintained. The condo itself was amazing and exactly as pictured. Very updated decor and design . The appliances were top of the line and amazing. Great place for a week long family retreat.

Best condo and location ever! Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Nice having 2 pools, quick walk to the beach. Condo is beautifully decorated! We will be back!!

Family Florida vacation

Our family stayed at the blu condos unit number 206 for our just completed family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Florida. The condo was most accommodating with the perfect number of bedrooms, and a very well appointed kitchen. It also had a great pool for the kids and very easy access to a great beach. Michelle, the condo owner has been so great to work with. We all hated to leave and look forward to a return visit..

This place is very nice. It is spacious and worked great for my family. My young grandkids love the zero entry pool. Overall this was a very easy process from start to finish and the location on place is very nice.

Beautiful, home away from home!

This property is one of the best we ever stayed in! The view is amazing and the condo has all of the comforts of home. Being there during a mild tropical storm meant more time indoors than would be typical, but it never felt crowded. We were all sad to leave and breakfast doesn’t taste near as good without that view!

Beautiful property

This beachfront property was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. We loved the private access to the beach and dedicated beach service of chairs and an umbrella. Michelle was very responsive and proactive in her communications. We will definitely come back to visit if we have another large family gathering.
