Vermilion Oasis is a well established 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom vacation home in the award-winning Paradise Village Resort at Zion. With over 3800 sq. ft. of space and accommodations for 24+ guests, it is ideal for large groups. We would be honored to host your family reunion, corporate retreat or maybe even just the ultimate girls night!

The Space-
Bedrooms: 2 king suites, 3 queen suites, and 1 amazing bunk room with 4 custom twin-over-queen bunks. Additional air mattresses are available upon request!

Bathrooms: Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bath. There are also 2 half baths centrally located on either floor. If you're lucky enough to snag the downstairs king suite, you'll also find a built-in spa bath!

Entertainment: This home comes equipped with a private theater room with projector, high definition surround sound & cozy kitchenette. A curated private arcade (free complimentary restarts!) will also await you in addition to a beautiful fire pit, perfect for enjoying a stunning Mojave twilight.

Kitchen: Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, dining for 12 (expandable to 18), and additional seating at the island and patio

Patio: Our fire pit located on the downstairs patio is nearly guaranteed to make you the perfect s'mores and, on the slim chance those turn out less than sublime, our top of the line swim spa in tandem with the unbeatable natural wonder you'll experience should more than make up for that extra toasty taste on your tongue!

You'll find the elite BBQ equipped with all the tools you need to blow the socks off of your friends and family, and plenty of seating all around that they can fall into afterward.

Paradise for kids

Tera was an awesome host and her home is amazing for families. The house is located in one of the coolest resort communities I have been to with something for people of all age ranges. Would definitely stay again when visiting the St. George area.

Fabulous Property with Attentive Host

The property was EXACTLY as described online and spotlessly clean. In addition, the host left us supplies to make s'mores which was on some of our groups' list of desired activities.The host checked in with us daily to make sure thjngs were as described and to see if we needed anything during our stay.We felt very welcomed and would definitly stay here again

Fabulous family reunion location

We loved having our family reunion of 22 at this home. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pools and games at the house and of course tbe fun spa on the property. Tara was so easy to work with and so responsive to any needs we had. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for such an amazing time!

Great Stay

We loved how big the house was and we were so happy that every room had its own bathroom. The hot tub on the back patio is huge and we also enjoyed using the resort pool. The host left us ingredients for s’mores which was awesome and so nice of her. The only wishes we had was that we could turn the AC up (house was a little hot) and we couldn’t wear shoes in the house but our socks would get dirty making us think the floors were not super clean. However, we had a great stay and we loved how close it was to Tuacahn.

Perfect for large families

Beautiful home, loved all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and bunkbed room. We loved having the option between the two pools, playing pickleball, and games around the fire pit in the evening. Owner was immediately available for questions. Home is beautifully decorated and fully stocked for all of your needs. We will be back. 😊

Very nice, felt bad arcade games did not work. Older children tried and tried to make them work.

Very easy and good experience. We will come back to this VRBO again. Steps to hot tube have cracks and are sharp on little ones bare feet.

New Favorite VRBO Location

The house is amazing. We're so grateful to have such a nice place for our family reunion. Everything was so clean. The house and in particular the kitchen was well stocked. There was even a roaster and plenty of dishcloths. Our group of 25 was there for a reunion. Each family had their own room and bathroom to get away in. Everywhere there was lots of seating. Even the patio had lots of furniture so we could gather there in the evenings. The dining table was so big. we could have several activities going on at a time. Family commented that the large open floor plan allowed us more time together than we have ever had before. The house is perfect for private time or group time. Tera was so easy and pleasant to communicate with. We truly have no complaints. We will definitely check it out when we are in Southern Utah again.

Lacking in cleanliness

After receiving all the rules for the house (there were many) from the property manager, our group was expecting we were going to be staying in pure luxury. The rules definitely increased expectations. The house was absolutely gross. The carpets were disgusting! My kids' brand new white socks are now black on the bottom. We found 2 live cockroaches in the house; one in the kitchen sink, and one on the floor and a few dead ones around the house. The kitchen counters were not clean (i.e. dried food on the countertops and backsplash). The description of the property says NEW, this is anything but NEW. We still had a great time, but this property needs a definite deep clean. The layout of the house was great and the bunk room was a blast for all the cousins.

Best vacation for big families!!

We were 25 people and and it never felt crowded. The house is spacious, awesome layout and the pools are so much fun. Tera is a great host. It will be hard to top this vacation anywhere else.

Great Venue for Family Reunion

Perfect for our family. Parents all got a bedroom and grandkids loved staying together in the bunk room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool and water park were a blast as were the pickle ball courts and the ping pong table. Fun hikes in close proximity. We had a blast with the variety of things to do.
