Great place to stay and great communication with the host. Would have loved some extra blankets. Also some tinfoil, Saran Wrap, baggies in the kitchen. Super nice place to stay!

Awesome spot

We stayed here with all of my sibling and our kids and it worked out perfect. Close enough to the pool to easily walk but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet. Arcade game was a hit and the kitchen and bunk room were both perfect for our large group. Will definitely be staying again.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at Arcadia Resort. Our Villa was even more beautiful than we imagined it would be. Our entire family of 22 (only one missing) including Grandparents, siblings, spouses, grandkids and cousins all had a great time and made so many memories. We will definitely plan a trip to visit Arcadia again.

It was great for the kids!

The home was decorated beautifully! It was located really close to the water park. Our only complaint was that the WiFi was not good. In fact it sucked! We rarely had good enough bars to browse!

Great Place for Large Family Gathering

This is an awesome rental for our extended family of 22. 8 adults and 14 children. Plenty of room for everyone. Awesome dining space. Great beds. Plenty of bathrooms. Thank you so much. The only complaint our family had was we defiantly could have used more garbage bags. (6 is not enough for a 3 night stay) The large west facing window in the dining room could use a better window covering as the sun is super annoying in the late afternoon & evening. Everything else was perfect! Thanks so much. We will look at returning again.

No technician on weekends

The house was nice and big enough to meet our needs. However, we had an inconvenience with the freezer not working during our entire stay. The management response was that technicians are not available during the weekends and there was nothing they can do. You are not made aware of the limited services until after you check in. What kind of “luxury resort” doesn’t have a maintenance 24/7 to repair or replace indispensable appliances? This was very disappointing 👎

Perfect Family Reunion Spot

The house was amazing. The layout, location, and resort were all amazing. The house had two large living areas. The kids played upstairs and had their own space while the adults were on the main level. There are restaurants, hikes, and a grocery store all nearby not to mention that amazing pool! The entire experience was wonderful, the home was beautiful and we will definitely be back.

This condo is the best thing ever

I've stayed at a lot of places in St. George, but this condo was just the best place ever. The bunk beds were awesome for our tennis team. The adult chaperones stayed downstairs, and it was totally perfect. The big table enhanced our ability to eat together, and the wood map on the wall was just the perfect touch. Great pool and facility!! Thank you a million times over for this perfect stay.

Awesome!

Great place! Absolutely recommend! We had 21 people of every age for a family reunion. Pool was fun. We sat on the lazy River for hours and hours. Condo was gorgeous and spacious and so close to the pool. So many extras in the activity room. I could live there!

Who has a table that seats 18?

This property does, that's who. This property was perfect for our family renuion. We had five family units that gathered, two of the family units had with small children, two adults only groups, and one with teenagers. The property had a room with a connected bathroom for each of our groups and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. The rec center had all kinds of arcade games and the pool area while small was more than enough to entertain all of us. We really enjoyed this property and would consider returning for a future gathering.
