New house with a private pool and garden in Sesimbra, situated in a privileged and peaceful residential area surrounded by pine trees. Spacious and very pleasant to live in with its 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub, double washbasin, toilet and bidet, and the other with shower, washbasin and toilet. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster. An eating area in the kitchen will allow you to eat breakfast. Living room with a view towards the garden and pool. The sofa can be transformed into a bed to welcome 2 people more with great comfort. A wood-burning stove will heat the room for the winter evenings if necessary. There is a 128-cm flat screen TV with home cinema sound system, and free Wi-Fi access throughout the house. Outdoor terrace with barbecue, garden furniture for 8 people, and sun loungers available. In front of the house, there is a park with a playground. To go shopping, you will find supermarkets, cafés and other shopping facilities 1 km away. However, a car will be necessary to discover the region. The beaches of the "Aldeia du Meco" village are large and sandy beaches, which are reachable in less than 15 minutes. You will enjoy the warm and trendy ambiance in this place where Lisboners meet each other to look at the stunning sunset. The protected natural park of "Serra da Arrabida" will offer you a nook of mountain with luxuriant vegetation plunging into crystal clear water, such as in Corsica or Croatia. Sesimbra beach, quiet and sheltered from the wind, will be ideal for children. Many activities are available in the city, such as deep-sea diving. This city is known for its traditional fishing harbour and its old town with numerous fish restaurants. The centre of Lisbon is just 15 min away by car. Places you simply cannot miss: the traditional district of Alfama Fado dominated by the "Castelo Sao Jorge", the trendy and animated district of Chiado with its bars and night clubs, Belen and its famous tower, Geronimo monastery, Gulbenkian art foundation, the new district of "Parque das Naçoes" where the World Exposition took place in 1998, and many other activities... Family Stay in May

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children aged 1 - 7) had a lovely stay in May 2022. The villa is perfectly appointed with everything you need. The nearby beaches and lagoon are stunning. We would come back!

Venda Nova, Sesimbra

Brilliant! A wonderful, spacious, modern villa in a residential area. You’ll definitely need a car to get round but Sesimbra (loads of restaurants) is a ten minute drive and Lisbon is a good half-hour drive away. There’s a choice of supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi) no more than a ten minute drive and, yes, they sell exactly the same food in the UK stores! Pingo Doce (a Portuguese supermarket) was pretty good if you wanted a more local feel. Not a lot of English spoken in the area so Google translate was a boon. Finally, beware those Pastelas des Natas… wickedly addictive.

Der Gastgeber hat schnell geantwortet. Die Haushälterin war sehr nett und hat alles gezeigt. Das einzige Problem war das die Sicherung heraus gesprungen ist wenn in der Küche Herd, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine gleichzeitig an waren. Leider hat der Hund vom Nachbarn sehr oft gebellt, leider auch Nachts.

Maison magnifique et très propre.Nous avons pu communiquer facilement avec le propriétaire et Maria José pour effectuer le check in et le check out.On pose ses valises et on profite de ce magnifique endroit pour se reposer. Les commerces et la ville ne sont pas loin mais prévoir un véhicule pour vos déplacements. L océan est à 10 minutes en auto a Meco ou Sesimbra.Merci à Bruno et son employée Maria.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön mit einem tollen Außenbereich. Wir haben dort einen super Urlaub verbracht. Lissabon ist schnell zu erreichen und auch der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und auch die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Es hat sehr viel spaß gemacht und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ideale locatie voor tripjes naar Lissabon (ong. 45 min rijden) en diverse mooie stranden. Ook hebben we ons prima bij het huis vermaakt met het zwembad en de pingpong tafel. We hadden een gastvrij welkom.

MAISON SUPERBE

Nous avons été bien accueillis par la personne qui gère cette location. Très belle surprise sur l'agencement de cette propriété, il ne manque rien, une petite remarque sur le manque de documentation pour les appareils électroménager serait la bienvenue. Le propriétaire de cette location est très arrangeant et disponible. Par contre le bémol c'est l'aboiement des chiens à côté de la location. 3 chiens qui gâchent le calme car ceux-ci sont en permanence dehors. Le propriétaire a fait l'effort d'appeler cette personne mais les aboiements ont continué à moindre mesure. Mais cette personne dit qu'elle est dans son droit.

Geniales Haus mit weniger genialen Nachbarn

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder 8 und 9 Jahre) dort und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hält alles, was es verspricht! Die Betreuung sowohl durch den Eigentümer, als auch durch das verantwortliche Pärchen vor Ort war wirklich sehr gut!! Und alles blitzsauber!! Der Pool wurde zweimal gereinigt und das Haus wurde auch einmal nach einer Woche gereinigt. Einziger Minuspunkt waren die Nachbarn, die Ihre drei Hunde die ganze Zeit draußen ließen und die nachts häufig bellten.

Una casa fantástica

Sin duda es una de las mejores casas donde me he alojado. Es tal cual las fotos. Tiene muchísimo menaje y está muy cuidada. Sobretodo su limpieza merece una mención aparte. Es una zona muy tranquila ideal para hacer turismo, playas a 10 min en coche. Las camas muy cómodas. En general la casa tiene buenas calidades. Es recomendable y para repetir.

Rien ne manque dans cette maison idéale, de plein pieds Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à deux familles (9 personnes) dans cette belle villa Très bien équipée, proche des plages, de Lisbonne et de la station balnéaire de Sesimbra : emplacement parfait pour découvrir la région de Lisbonne et ses environs jusqu’aux belles plages de comporta La villa est très récente et très bien entretenue et nous recommandons fortement ! Ein perfektes Ferienhaus für die Familie

Wir haben dieses Haus für 2 Wochen gemietet. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene ( Eltern & Grosseltern) und 2 Kinder im Alter von 5 und 8 Jahre. Dieses Haus ist einfach perfekt. Der Empfang durch Zesinha und ihr Mann war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Haus ist Moden aber sehr schön eingerichtet ( Ikea ) Klimaanlage lief Einwandfrei und tat was sie tun muss. In der Küche fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist fantastisch und unsere Kinder wie auch die Erwachsenen haben es genossen. Die Strände erreicht man innerhalb 8 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Man braucht aber ein Auto. Internet bzw. WiFi ist vorhanden und die Geschwindigkeit ist akzeptabel. Dank Netflix haben unsere Kinder auch ihre gewohnte Serirn in Deutsche Sprache anschauen können. Während des ganzen Aufenthalt haben Zesinha und ihr Mann immer wieder nach den rechten geschaut. Der Pool wurde mehrmals gereinigt. Bettwäsche und Badetücher wurden 1x pro Woche gewechselt. Der Besitzer des Hauses war zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht anwesend aber wir hatten Kontakt. Wir waren sehr traurig als die Ferien vorbei waren und das Haus verlassen mussten. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder !!! Danke

Zum Wohlfühlen!

Tolles modernes Haus, sehr sauber, sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, sehr netter Empfang vor Ort. Das Grundstück ist ebenso wie das Haus sehr gepflegt, wir hatten viel Spaß beim Tischtennisspielen. Man hat im Garten von morgens bis abends immer irgendwo Sonne, genauso aber auch natürlichen Schatten, wenn man möchte (zusätzlich zum Sonnenschirm). Im hinteren Teil des Gartens gibt es mittlerweile noch ein tolles großes Daybed aus Paletten mit weichem Polster. Super in der Abendsonne! Mit seiner ruhigen Lage und der Nähe zu Lissabon ist dieses Haus rundum zu empfehlen!!!

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour , accueillis dans cette maison confortable, spacieuse et parfaitement bien équipée. Nos enfants et nous avons découvert une région pleine de charmes ( Lisbonne Sintra et les plages du Parc de Arrabadia) dans laquelle nous reviendrons à coup sûr. Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Gegend

Wir waren mit der Familie dort (7 Erwachsenen Personen). Die Villa ist hoch modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man zu einem guten Familienurlaub braucht. Der Pool ist fantastisch und man hat sehr viel Sonne tagsüber im Garten. Von hier aus sind auch viele gute Ausflügsziele leicht zu erreichen (Zoo,Lissabon, Golfplätze, Kletterpark und viele sehr schöne Strände). Allerdings ist ein Auto natürlich pflicht. Ohne kommt man schon so gut wie gar nicht dort hin. Im Ganzen kann man diesem Objekt nur 5 Sterne geben, weil es hält was es verspricht und das ohne Ausnahme !

My wife, my 3 children and I fell in love with this Portuguese region after spending lots of holiday years here. I would now like to help you discover this region: sun, nature, beach and especially, plenty of authenticity in the ways of life and in the relationships with Portuguese people who live in this town. In an active fishing harbour and family oriented seaside resort in a quiet environment preserved from mass tourism, you will be charmed by the several activities offered (deep-sea diving, horseback riding, sport, cultural animations, and tours in the nature...). A promenade along the bay will help you discover the several bars and restaurants specialized in grilled fish. You will enjoy the advantage of being 30 minutes away from the city centre of Lisbon with its unique cultural and nocturnal life.
