Perfect location, walking distance to downtown Sarasota and Southside Village. Restaurants, nightlife, both Lido and Siesta beaches are a 5 to 10 minute drive. Lush private outdoor living spaces, includes grilling, pool and outdoor sound system. Historic cottage with original hardwood floors, 3 charming bedrooms and 2 completely remodeled baths with showers and gourmet kitchen. Guest house has I large room outfitted with bunk beds and a queen bed and a spacious bath. New restoration and construction in 2019. Historic cottage and new guest house are beautifully furnished for comfort and relaxation. The perfect spot to enjoy the best that Sarasota has to offer.

Family get away!

We had a wonderful time! The house and the outdoor pool and dining area were amazing!!! Everything about the property was perfect!

Wonderful Stay!

We were at the house for two weeks with our two daughters and their children and had a wonderful time. The house is in a perfect location and you can walk to so many great places! Jay was very easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions etc. We would definitely come back again!

Outstanding Stay

Everything about our stay was outstanding. We rarely used our car as the location is an easy walk to downtown Sarasota and the Southside village, with each having lots of restaurants and cafes. The home itself is even better than the pictures present. The layout was perfect for our family, the beds were comfortable, it is nicely decorated, clean, kitchen very well-quipped and the outdoor pool and lounging area was a pleasant way to enjoy the weather and relax. Jay and Holly are great host - very responsive and the check-in and check-out process is efficient. We will definitely look to stay here again on any future trips to Sarasota.

Wonderful house for a family vacation

Three generations of our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It has everything one could want for a family or friends reunion--comfortable bedrooms, a well stocked, high end kitchen, and a heated pool. There are plenty of common areas, both indoors and out, for guests to mingle or spend time alone. Jay and Holly are excellent hosts and responded quickly to our questions and requests.

Another great stay!

Our 4th time at this wonderful property did not disappoint! The property is still beautiful as ever, close to fun restaurants and beaches, and the owner is very attentive to any needs! Can’t wait until next time!!
