There is only one remote for the gated parking area on property. Please return the remote to the counter prior to departure. You will be charged for missing remote. Additional vehicles can park in the open parking area. Two parking spaces are available for this property.

This is important information about an upcoming building repair project that will commence on October 1, 2023.

The project will be focused on repairing the elevator, which will take approximately 8 weeks to complete, subject to weather conditions.

The project's working hours, which are from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. There will be no elevator access during the 8-week period.

As much as possible, we will attempt to minimize disruptions to owners and guests. However, please be aware that elevated noise levels are expected on an intermittent basis throughout this project.

Minimum age of 25 to reserve and must be present during entire stay.
