When requesting this condo, you are also a guest of the hotel and will receive hotel privileges just as if you were staying at the hotel. Multiple infinity pools, poolside and ocean side cocktail and food service, fitness center, spa, water sports, bike rentals, 24-hour valet service including free chauffeur driven Tesla cars.

GUEST ACCESS:

Residents and guests have access to a variety of white glove services including a private fully-staffed residence lobby, valet attendants, concierge, chauffeured Tesla sedans, and the hotels luxurious and chic resort eco-conscious amenities, activities, and lifestyle.

Enjoy the four pools, including the stunning roof-top pool with endless views of both the ocean and the Miami Skyline, or lay out on the sandy beaches with full ocean-side services. Dine at one of the four resort restaurants, or enjoy a lively evening at the Hotel's engaging lobby, or pool side bars. Exercise in one of the largest fitness centers in Miami Beach or walk the beaches and lovely ocean-walks of South Beach.

Expert concierges are available from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily in the residence lobby to offer recommendations and directions as well as for booking the hotels complimentary chauffeured Tesla car. The Tesla car will take you within 3 miles or so of the hotel. The concierge will also work with you to organize other natural experiences or make reservations for you at South Beach's top nightclubs and eateries.

Activities in Miami Beach at, and around the hotel include boat and yacht rentals, bike and scooter rentals, fishing and yachting charters, organized water-sports, scenic drives, bird watching, kite surfing, wind surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, beach combing, eco-tourism, shelling, shopping, wildlife viewing and more.

The only amenity not provided by the hotel for reservations under one month in length is room service. We have our own Preferred In-Suite Dining Alternative for all Five Star Luxury Travel guests.

GUEST INTERACTION

A member of the FSLT reservation team meets all guests for arrivals. We do a thorough walk thru of the residence and welcome guests with a special welcome basket filled with fun and practical things one would expect when staying in Miami Beach.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Valet parking is available upon request. This is a fee guests pay directly to the hotel once at the resort. There is a mandatory $37.62 daily resort fee for all reservations under (30) days in length. This fee is per condo not per person. The fee is paid directly to the hotel. Reservations over 30 nights in length do not get charged the daily resort fee, and are given 1 complimentary valet parking spot. Five Star Luxury Travel assigns an Exclusive Concierge to each of our guests. This concierge takes care of all pre-planning, preparation of itineraries, and is available 7 days a week to assist guests with any requests they may have. Our friendly staff is available from 9am - 9m to assist with onsite guests. After-hours emergency service available as well.

This condo is located at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach at 102 24th Street, Miami Beach, FL 33139, within walking distance of the famous Lincoln Road mall.

When imagining the South Beach scene, think "Baywatch" with an architectural twist ... even the lifeguard stands are art deco masterpieces. The long, man-made beach stretches up the Atlantic for miles and is perfect for early morning runs. The beach is also about the best spot to view the city lights at night. Tourists, however, are drawn to South Beach for the culture. The city is a melting pot of nationalities. The Latin-American population has profoundly affected the area, and the diversity of the community is apparent in the various ethnic neighborhoods, food and music.

GETTING AROUND

Complimentary chauffeured Tesla car available for all guests on a first come, first serve basis. reservations not allowed. They take you from the hotel to a nearby destination within a 1 mile distance.

The entrance to this residence lobby is off of 24th and Collins Avenue. This is where you will go to check in.
