One hotel residence

We have stayed at One Hotel many times. This was we first time we stayed in the residence. It was so much better having a large space and all the amenities of home instead of a hotel room.

Perfect getaway

It was such a peaceful, clean and perfect place to stay. The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel service was incredible. Check in process was a bit stressful because they told us they didn’t have our reservation and that the owner was already there - had a mini panic attack but after several back and forth between property manager and front desk, we were able to finally figure it out.

I have start by saying that I was really desappointed when I entered the apartment because the photo is misleading. I booked via my cell phone and the blue color you see on the window seemed the ocean, and it is not. Apart from that, everything was perfect. The apartment itself, the hotel services.

1 hotel south beach

I always stay at the 1 hotel . It’s my absolute favorite. The room was great . The only thing I hate is how late their check in is . After being on a flight at 5 am and getting to the hotel by 9 am and can’t get in the room till 6 pm was the only complain I have , especially when I have to check out at 11 am

Poor communication from host and worn carpets. 1 Hotel is wonderful, but there are better hosts

Hello Thank you for your review. I’m sorry you missed that check in is at 3pm but we only let guest know when the unit is ready if it is before 3pm so guest can check in before time. But if we don’t notify you check in is at 3pm. I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. Every other question and/or concern you had was responded to right away. Thank you
