This modest 4 bedroom cottage has many amenities to offer including 3 decks (2 overlooking ocean), a fully equipped kitchen with some new appliances, an outdoor grill, wi-fi, 2 televisions, laundry, an additional outside shower and sleeping for up to 10! **some updates planned by Spring 2024 - kitchen updates! **
Located on beautiful White Horse Beach on Cape Cod Bay, New England's best kept secret. The shallow waters and large sandy beach are perfect for any age and at low tide you may be treated to an awesome SANDBAR! Less than an hour to Boston or Hyannis or take a short drive into historic Plymouth where you'll find excellent restaurants and shopping, plenty of history, fishing charters, whale watches, first class golfing, boat/jet ski rentals and so much more. This vacation opportunity offers all the potential for your dream beach vacation! All linens are provided. This is a smoke free, pet free home.

This rental was absolutely perfect! The views from the balcony and deck were incredible! It is right on the beach, a short walk from the parking lot (if you have a wagon it is helpful for initially bringing in all your luggage) and a short drive to anything you need! The house itself was clean, had all the cooking and sleeping essentials plus some toddler necessities, games, and books! We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, relaxing vacation on the water!

The perfect beachfront stay

As a family of five, we have enjoyed visiting white horse beach for the past seven years, and this trip was the most memorable!Our experience at the sandbar was by far our favorite, and we truly appreciate how well Karen and Bill communicate with us whenever we need assistance. The deck overlooking the beach made the perfect spot for happy hour and watching our little ones play in the sand.Thank you again for your hospitality. We can’t wait to return soon!

We enjoyed our stay. Great ocean front property. Access to the water wasn't installed as of check in so accessing beach was a challenge. Mattresses seem old (not comfortable) over all it was nice.

So glad you enjoyed your stay and the beach! This year was a bit unusual as winter storms caused issues with the sea wall and delayed the stairs being installed. Luckily there are community stairs right next door so access is easy. All the mattresses in the house are just a couple years old but I will be sure to check them all out!

Cute spot, great beach access but parking was rough. Long way from the lot to the house, and you’re walking thru sand/boardwalk but it was great overall.

The ideal family vacation

I grew up on this beach and now live out of state, off shore, and I wanted to provide a beach experience for my children. Our time on WHB has proven to be the best family vacations we have ever taken! The accommodations are lovely, well kept, clean, nautical, and the location is ideal. What makes this spot extra special is that it is beach front, yet nestled in with other rental cottages so the kids make friends quickly and their beach experience is heightened with memories of friends and beach fun. Even a rainy day at this cottage on this beach is better than almost any other day of the year any where else! We love it.

Perfect family vacation!

This was our 3rd year staying in this beach house. It is perfect for our family of 7. We also bring along 2 guests. We all fit comfortably! The house has everything we need & more! There's plenty of room for us to all sit together & enjoy family dinners at the table just like at home. My favorite thing to do is enjoy my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean. It's beautiful! We had perfect weather all week & spent lots of time on the beach. We also spent a day in downtown Plymouth sightseeing, shopping & lunch. Then ended the day with sundae's from Kush Kone. The biggest sundae's ever! But delicious! Looking forward to next year already! Thank you Karen & Bill. :)

Family Week at the Beach

This is a perfect spot for any family and ours absolutely loved it! Definitely bring your beach wagon for unloading and follow the suggestions for parking! Once settled it’s truly a perfect beach paradise with incredible views and all the amenities need for family meals or fun in the sand! Can’t wait to be back next summer :)

We stayed here for the week of July 4th and it was amazing. Best vacation I have been on. You’re right on the beach and the house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Landlord was super attentive the coffee maker broke 2 days before we left and she had a new one dropped off at the house within 8 hours. No air conditioning but you’re on the beach and the plenty of fans so it wasn’t an issue regardless of the temperature during the day. Highly recommend this place. Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience.

Hard to beat the view

Our family aged 4-78 were all comfortable and content here. The deck is great and it is perfect for families that require proximity to the beach. Just descend the deck stairs and you're on the pretty white sand. The storage box on the back has many sand toys etc, so next year we'll have to transport much less.

Wonderful Vacation

My husband, our two kids (8 and 12), and myself shared this cottage with our very close friends and their two kids (10 and 12). The weather was inconsistent the week we stayed, yet we all had a wonderful time. Being right on the beach allowed us to watch in awe at the waves rolling in during a storm, and then when the weather improved we could head out for a walk or to play in the water. During rainy days, we were grateful for the two living rooms - one for the kids and one for the adults. There were only two really hot days during our stay, during which we used the window AC units we brought from home to feel comfortable at night. For the other days, opening the windows and doors provided an amazing cross breeze and there are many fans throughout the unit. When a small issue arouse, Karen was kind and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful spot!

The perfect place to unwind and relax. Our two year old loved waking up and being able to go down to the beach to play. Nap time was a breeze since the house is right on the beach and then dinners in downtown Plymouth were only a quick drive away. The host responded quickly to a question we had and everything was as expected. So glad we took the time away to do this little trip!

Post Covid Girls Trip 50th celebration

Whew, that’s a long title for a review but it was a long time coming for this getaway… and we could be happier with our choice. From the get go we had communication and information within reach, Karen’s response time to messages is in near instant. The place was cute as heck, the sunrises and sunsets amazing… we saw seals swim by almost daily, we took a day tip to Ptown and another day in Plymouth. The central location was perfect, yet secluded. We literally felt like the only ones on the beach most times… it was nice to people watch on a hot day from our balcony..and the neighbors who live there are SO friendly. We got daily visits from pups walking the beach (only when we went to them, they didn’t intrude) I could go on and on but let’s just stay we stumbled upon this place and we never looked back. Oh and my biggest question is always about shower water pressure so , rest assured it was good!! ☺️☺️

Fantastic Location, Older Property

Can't beat the location! No A/C is tough but it does cool off a little at night and lots of fans provided. Lots of wear and tear on this property but see many updates in progress. Didn't realize until our last day that we had access to the whole locked cabinet on the front porch with tons of beach toys! Rocky beach - bring your water shoes!
