Garden-level 2-bedroom apartment (F3) at Villa du Golfe, directly next to La Ciotat’s “Grande Plage”.
(Note: La Ciotat Bay was voted “Most Beautiful Bay in the World” in 2019.)

Fully independent apartment with a private entrance.
Furnished terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, with sun loungers.
Private 100 m² courtyard with one parking space. Possibility to store water sports equipment, bicycles, etc. The rental accommodates 4 guests.

There are 2 bedrooms: one with a Queen-size bed (160 cm / 190 cm), the other with two beds (90 cm / 200 cm) + a pull-out bed available as extra sleeping space for a child.
Shower room and toilet.

The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living room, is well equipped: fridge/freezer, 4-zone ceramic cooktop, traditional oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, extractor hood, filter coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster.

Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron and small ironing board, clothes drying rack, baby kit on request (cot + mattress, baby bath, high chair, changing support), TV. Ceiling fan. Free high-speed Wi-Fi.

In the neighbourhood: many restaurants, cafés, snack bars and local shops.

Seaside residential area, lively and attractive, with beaches, café terraces and promenade. A car is not essential.
Nearby shops include bakeries, pastry shops, hairdressers, pharmacy, post office with ATM, fishmonger/caterer, newsagent, mini-market, wine shop, delicatessen, etc.
Numerous restaurants, beach snack bars, crêperie, pizzeria.

A market takes place along the seafront every Sunday morning, and a night market is held on the port every summer evening.
Supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car.
Water sports equipment rental just steps away, seafront promenade… mattress and parasol rentals on the beach.

IMPORTANT:
Household linen: washed and disinfected by a specialised laundry service.
Bed linen and towels are placed on the beds in sealed packaging.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht, die Wohnung liegt super, einmal über die Straße und man ist am Strand. Der Strand ist in der Hochsaison sehr voll, mittags haben wir aber immer einen Platz gefunden. Patrice war immer für uns erreichbar, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Die Umgebung von La Ciotat ist landschaftlich ein Traum! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Situation idéale pour profiter de La Ciotat !

Logement fonctionnel, propreté irréprochable, bien décoré, idéal pour découvrir la ville à pieds. Propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous étions 4 adultes pour un séjour de 4 jours. Le comfort des lits manque mais correcte pour un court séjour ou bien un couple et 2 enfants (double dans une chambre et superposés simples dans une autre). On aurait aimé un tapis de bain dans la salle d'eau sinon rien à dire logement fort appréciable par sa proximité de la plage. Merci!

Excellent location and clean home

I stayed at this home with my child, age 5, and we had an excellent time. We could walk to the beach from the house. There is a lot of fun activity happening at the beach, so it was nice that the house has a gate around it to provide a bit of solace from the nearby activity when we want to rest. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook small meals. The house was very clean, which I'm sure is not easy to do being so close to the beach, so nice job to the owners! The hosts were very kind when they let us in and were prompt to respond to any questions we had during our stay. I recommend this home for families with children as we felt very safe and the home is located in a great place to easily walk around and get what you need without having to pack up the car.

We have ceased working and live on the waterfront year-round. The climate at La Ciotat is excellent, the temperature is mild, and the sky is blue three quarters of the time.

Why they chose this property

The villa is vast and every house is independent, with entrance, garden and terrace. The "Big beach" of Ciotat is situated in front of the villa. This beach is very pleasant and slopes, without holes of water, without dangerous currents. Possibility rent deckchair and parasol. The water is clear and crystal clear. Ideal family.

What makes this property unique

Residential area very livened up with convenience stores, restaurants, rent of kayak, stand up paddle. The walk of the seaside go to to the Old Port of La Ciotat, a place authentic and full of charm. There is a market on the Port every Sunday morning and an every evening summer night-market.
Key points: creeks, natural reserve, walking, walks it bâteaux.. Ciotat is a nice port with very beautiful creeks which join on coast (Creek of Figuerolles and creek of Mugel).
