Vacation apartment in Provencal villa between stone pine trees, 350m from beach

We are offering, as of mid-April 2004, a fully furnished and fully equipped 70-square-meter apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a Provençal villa, which was built in a secluded, pine-covered valley, away from noise and traffic, and is inhabited year-round by its French owners. Following a path that crosses the valley, you can reach the beach in about 5 minutes (350 m), if desired, directly to the swimming beach via an underpass, without having to cross the coastal road. More beaches and small, romantic coves are located in the immediate and surrounding areas. The property is fenced. Guests arriving by car can park on the private property. Good shopping can be found just under 2 kilometres away, and there’s a bakery and a pizzeria on the beach, about a 5-minute walk away.
