Built around 1900, this fisherman's house is ideally located. After being used as a storage depot, we wanted to give a second life to this charming house.
Today, totally renovated, (we just miss the exterior plaster for it to be perfect !!) you will be able to benefit from its space, its light and will spend a pleasant stay.

You will find inside:
- a pleasant living room-kitchen of 28m2
- 1 bedroom with a 160 bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and 1 bed mezzanine of 90.
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 terrace without opposite of 22m2.

Convenience :
- 1 Tv of 110cm.
- 1 traditional coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee pod.
-1 kettle.
- 1 washing machine and drying rack.
- 1 barbecue ...

You want to come with baby, do not hesitate to ask us the cot.

2 steps from the Port and the city center of Marennes, you easily access all the tourist places. The bike path, the Velodyssey, which is 200m from the house allows you to cross the country of Marennes by bike, between salt marshes and estuary of the Seudre.

A lovely cottage within walking distance of all of Marennes amenities.

We had a great time at this holiday home. The home was very clean and presented nicely, with good facilities. The beds were comforable and teh bathroom was very good. The owners were very friendly and overal we had a great time! The cottage is in a good location as its within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, the Port, Cité de l'Huître and most importantly for my 4 year old the playpark! Its also great for those with acar as you can then travel to all teh local areas very easily from Marennes. We are definately looking to return to this place!

Petite maison agréable et pratique

Nous repartons ravis de notre séjour. La maison est confortable ,fonctionnelle et, bien équipée. La climatisation a été un plus non négligeable. Cafetière, grille pain, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, télé, barbecue, salon de jardin….tout y est !!!! Notre hôte s’est montré disponible et de bon conseil. Nous recommandons. Séjour en famille avec deux enfants ( 11 et 12 ans)
