Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit einer lieben Vermieterin. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Aussagen zur Lage stimmen nicht ganz. Es sind nicht nur 3 Schritte ins Zentrum. Ca 700 Meter zum Zentrum mit Coop, Bäcker und Markthalle (Sonntags und Mittwochs geöffnet )und 2,8 km bis zum Hafen mit einem tollen Sonnenuntergang.Wichtig die FeWo hat keine Klimaanlage und es ist bei den Temperaturen entsprechend warm vor allem Nachts.

Une maison agréable décorée avec goût avec un petit jardin privatif.Environnement très calme avec possibilité de se garer devant la maison.Accessibilité très rapide au viaduc pour aller à l'île d'Oléron et aux autres sites à découvrir aux alentours.Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Katie.Une petite suggestion : prévoir, en cas de grosses chaleurs, une unité d'air conditionné mobile pour les chambres du 1er étage qui ont de très petites fenêtres.Nous recommandons cette maison.

Alles io. Charmante Wohnung, mit dem Auto alles rasch erreichbar ; île d’Oleron, côtes sauvages, Supermarkt, Restaurants. Die Bäckerei war auch zu Fuss erreichbar:)Die Katie war sehr freundlich ! Dürfte etwas sauberer sein! Achtung Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht inklusive!

Très joli maison, bien placée au calme dans un petit village … plutôt désert quant aux besoins du quotidien, juste une papeterie et une boulangerie. Le reste des courses se font en voiture.A part ça, l’accueil est chaleureux et la maison confortable , et bien équipée. Un bémol pour la wifi capricieuse mais c’est un peu partout pareil dans le coin.En conclusion un bon séjour dans une très jolie région !

Une Maison de ville superbe, un cadre excellent pour trouver repos, calme et découverte.Juste un petit bémol (qui, lors de temps de pluie, peut être important) le wifi Free ne fonctionnait pas ou que part intermittence. Pas de travail en ligne, pas d'infos, de film en continue et des difficultés à exploiter nos courriels.Problème de Box Free ou de ligne ADSL, qui sait ?Mais, je suis sûr que Madame Katie va vite remédier à ce détail défectueux.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Nous avons été accueillis dans une petite maison pleine de charme, un vrais havre de paix avec sa petite cour intérieure. Très jolie maison, décorée avec goût, parfaite pour 4 personnes, bien équipée, proche de l'ile d'Oléron. Station de charge de véhicule électrique à proximité et supermarché proche en voiture. Je recommande ce logement.
