This beautiful condo is sure to please even the most discriminating of guests with a beautiful ocean view from the 3rd floor as well the breathtaking pool view. Relax on your balcony and delight in the scenery and the gorgeous tropical landscape of North Coast Village!
Enjoy all the upgrades this unit has to offer. Quartz counter tops, new carpet, stainless steel appliances and so much more. Bathroom shower was recently remodel and looks amazing! Much detail was put into decorating this lovely condo. You'll be treated to all brand new furniture and household items making your stay even more enjoyable. We have a King bed in the bedroom with a full size sofa bed in the living areas. In addition for those who want a bit more room, we have a posturepedic folding bed in the bedroom closet. Relax on the deck and enjoy the expansive view of the ocean. It doesn't get any better than this! Everything in the complex is a short walk, pool, 2 hot-tubs BBQ. We are close and conveniently located near Harbor Village and Oceanside Pier. Come checkout our new beach condo! I am sure you will love it! Please be aware a rental agreement will be required via DocuSign and check instructions will follow. Air-conditioner only in Summer months of July, August and September (master bedroom)

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return keys to the HOA office. There is a mail box out front of the office to place them in.
Take trash out to the garbage chute near the elevator.
Load dishwasher and start it. If rollaway bed is used please put back in the closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Shoeless condo, please take shoes of when entering and use shoe basket

We had a fantastic stay! My finance and I lived at North Coast Village for a while, the unit was clean, well stocked, great view of the pool and ocean, and a very useful AC in the bedroom. Hildy, our host, was super attentive and a joy to interact with. We would definitely come back to this specific unit again.

My family comes to Oceanside every year for a weekend and have stayed in many different condos at this complex. We enjoyed this one a lot. Very updated. Had beach supplies and even a window ac unit. Great view from the balcony. Lots of apps to watch a variety of shows. We enjoyed it here.

We had an awesome time. The unit was great. We have stayed in a number of the units there over the last 10 years, and this unit is right up there near the top. It was clean, the kitchen as well as the rest of rooms had all the amenities we needed. And the view from the balcony was great. All the beach accessories as well as the wagon to get everything to the water was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on giving your information to all our friends and family. Wonderful condo

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo for our girls’ getaway! The unit was very clean, well maintained, and comfortably furnished. While the listing mentioned air conditioning, we didn’t notice any during our stay — though that wasn’t a big surprise, as we know most condos in this complex typically aren’t equipped with it. That aside, this was by far the nicest condo I’ve stayed at in this complex. It also came fully stocked with everything we needed for a day at the beach — including beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, body boards, sand toys, and a nice umbrella. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay!

Our rental was beautiful and had a great view of the village facility. The owner of the rental was very helpful and wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. If we ever visit Oceanside again we will definitely try to stay here again.

Lovely north coast village unit

Hildy is a great host-everything you need was included, even A/C which is rare at North coast. There is some noise from the pool, especially 4th of July week, but it quiets down at 10. Great stay!

Perfect Holiday Get Away

Hilda's property was immaculate and beautifully furnished with everything one needs for a get-away. Location to every one and everything we needed, walks on the beach, time with our adult kids and family, dining and fun. Great location!

The location couldn’t be more prime, and the condo/complex was super cute. You can see the beach from the porch, and it’s just a short walk to the shore. As well as a short walk to the pier and restaurants. The condo itself was quiet, clean, and very well stocked.

We love it here! We have traveled all over the world and have always been drawn back to the ocean. Our kids and grand kids live close by making it more sense to have property in Oceanside. It make us so happy that we can share our place with others.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property due to the fact it is only steps from the ocean, pool, 2 hot tubs. It’s easy access to garage as well as all the local attractions. You can walk to the harbor for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Walk to the farmers market on Thursdays or simply take a walk along the strand or even to the pier. The condo have beautiful expanded ocean views.

What makes this property unique

Ocean views and occasional sunset. New update modern furniture. For those with teenagers we have one sofa, bed and one rollaway bed. Heated pool, hot tub, lovely landscapes and much more! Few steps the ocean!
