Beautiful LUXURIOUS beach condo, totally refurbished, granite kitchen, all new floors, new furniture, a few feet from a 12' waterfall! Open the windows and all you hear is the waterfall and the tropical birds in the garden area. Relax in the brand new luxury spa shower! This is a VERY quiet unit, B123. You'll feel like you are truly in a unique paradise jungle! This is a garden view unit, with a peek of the ocean looking through the tropical gardens. This unit is not your typical rental unit! It's a second home and is comfy, classy, new and AFFORDABLE! North Coast Village is located right on the sand with a semi-private beach. Oceanside is one of the finest swim and surf beaches in Southern California, and has been listed by leading travel magazines as having the best all around yearly beach climates. Walk to the pier or the harbor! Relax in the tropical environment, or spend your days surfing, boogie boarding, or just laying on the beach. The beach is a VERY VERY short walk from the unit. Walk to the downtown area where you will find fine restaurants, movie theater, shops, museum, and a weekly farmer's market.

This was the best! Beautiful view out our balcony, quiet area, and comfy accommodations! Just a few minutes walk to the beach! There were plenty of towels and wash cloths, and many things that helped us out at the beach. We will definitely come back again! Thanks for such a great place to stay!

Wonderful Area & Complex

The complex is amazing, has a pool and hot tub, as well as nearby restaurants just over the bridge. There's also a really cool area where the water is calm and you can walk through to the marina and restaurants.

Fun winter getaway.

It was great to get away from the Midwest and the cold weather. San Diego had a lot to offer and the place was nice however a bit dated. I would definitely recommend staying there again as it has many amenities in a great location.

We love it here!

We have stayed in this area of condos 3 times now. It’s such a great location— next to the beach, close to the harbor and food/shops, and the property is beautiful. We’ve enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the past, but this trip it was always so busy. Bonus that Ubereats/Grubhub delivers here and it’s such an easy process! We will definitely be back.

I want to come back here again

Everything was perfect, starting with the friendly manager at the entrance. Convenient parking spot right next to the elevator, cozy apartment, thanks to the owners for leaving a bottle of wine. Everything was clean and beautiful, we liked the decor. The apartment had everything you needed: books, board games, dishes, plenty of towels, beach chairs and surfboards. We really enjoyed our vacation!

Loved our stay even with rain and cool weather. Landscape was lovely with beautiful vegetation and streams and waterfall, plus nice pool and hot tub. It will be nice when construction on the new family hot tub is complete. I suggest a nightlight in the bathroom area of the condo because it was so dark I cut my head in the dark during the night.

Why they chose this property

Believe me, we have crammed our 4 children into swanky nice hotels, but WE prefer condos when we stay away from home for so many reasons. Once the kids are down, we don't have to sit on the bathroom floor watching netflicks on a lap top propped on a bathtub side (or toilet lid seat), but can enjoy a nice breeze on the patio, sit on the comfy leather couch and enjoy a bottle of wine and cheese or home made Pina Coladas while taking in a nice movie on one of two modern flat screen TVs (43 & 40') provided. We also have a DVD player for your convenience. While your delicious warm toasty coffee is brewing, you can make up a nice omelette or pancakes, instead of eating out so often in a hotel and feeling crammed and stifled. There is a weight room/work out room right next to the pool and spa, which is literally steps away from our condo. Would you like an ocean view while sipping your favorite refreshment from a jacuzzi, then you can walk a tiny bit further to the other pool/hot tub in the condo which has an ocean view! How about pack a nice picnic, and take our beach bag, chair and mat to Harbor Beach (Steps to the beach), and enjoy some bubbly and a nice appetizer while enjoying the majestic sunsets of San diego County that can't be beat!? There is so much you can do in San Diego county, and you can take a quick trip down to Legoland and Sea World and Disneyland is not very far. If you are feeling adventurous, you can tour Universal Studios and Hollywood, about 1.5 hr from Oceanside. The master bedroom offers a Queen Mattress, and a trundle bed w/ two twins.
