Welcome to Sapphire Palms, our 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo at Sapphire Village - The Perfect family Vacation Home! BBQ grills throughout the property that you can use on your vacation, full sized remodeled kitchen to make breakfast at home before a day of exploring!

Wake up every morning to breathtaking views of the US & British Virgin Islands in our great east end location.

Separate bedroom includes a brand new king size tempurpedic bed and new modern furnishings. Queen size murphy bed in the living area includes additional sleeping for 2, allowing a total of 4 to stay comfortably! If you have 2 more joining you, rent the studio next door to make it a 2 bedroom/2 bath!

Fully functional kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. If you choose to eat in we have everything you would need. There is also an on-site restaurant located at the main pool or Red Hook is approximately a mile away with tons of great eating options as well. The ferry terminal is also located in Red Hook where you can head to St. John for the day or catch one of the ferries over to the BritishVirgin Islands.

Walk down to Sapphire Beach (3-5 minute walk), check out Sapphire Beach Buzz for morning specialty coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Check out Sapphire Beach Bar for yummy fish tacos, burgers and chips! Paradise Pizza is open down at the beach and renowned SeaSalt open for dinner overlooking beautiful Sapphire Beach in a modern updated space. World famous Sunday Funday Beach Party at Sapphire Beach Bar every Sunday with live music and not to be missed full moon parties held each month

Sapphire Beach & Marina is located just steps away offering many water sports and boating excursions. The beach is a short stroll across the marina and our condo includes beach chairs, floaties, and coolers that you are welcome to use. You can walk down to Sapphire Beach (we are located at Sapphire Hill Village) in about 3 minutes! There are 2 pools at Sapphire Village and each one is about a 1-2 minute walk. There are also great restaurants within walking distance. Sudi's Caribbean Grille right here at the Sapphire Village and next to the pool and The Beach Buzz open for coffee, breakfast and lunch, Sapphire Beach Bar open every day from 11am to 8pm, Paradise Pizza open everyday from 11am to 8pm and Sea Salt open for dinner starting at 5pm - all of those located on the beach.

Sapphire Beach Bar has a Sunday Funday with live music every Sunday from 3-6pm and a full moon party every month. Sapphire Village is within a 5 minute drive to Red Hook where you will find a bar and restaurant to suit every taste. At Sapphire Marina, you can find fishing charter boats to enjoy, jet ski rentals, parasailing, sailboat cruises and also a spot to rent your own dinghy (if you have boating experience). It's the perfect location on island to have as a home base for exploring St. Thomas and even our sister island of St. John. Ferries to St. John run hourly and takes only 20 minutes to get over to Love City (Cruz Bay on St. John).

Popular East End location - close to everything and walk to Sapphire Beach. Enjoy Sunday Funday Beach Parties at Sapphire Beach Bar. Head into Red Hook (a short Safari Bus ride away or a 2 minute drive) for a restaurant or bar to suit every taste! Pizzas, burgers, seafood, you name it, Red Hook has everything!

We have free parking on site - Rental Car is your best bet if you want to explore our islands. Just want to relax? Walk down to the beach with the beach chairs provided and relax on one of the best beaches on island!

We are located on the top floor of our building but it's only one flight of stairs up from the parking area! We do not have an elevator.

If you are new, please keep in mind that you are renting a private condo and you won't have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our vacation home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked!

The property and host made for a really good experience in St. Thomas. It's location by the beautiful Sapphire Beach, restaurants, and the balcony views of St. John and the offshore cays of the U.S. Virgin Islands make this a nice stay. You also have access to beach chairs, umbrella, & other amenities. The internet occasionally dropped but the host was available right away to fix it provided great customers service. You will not be disappointed by your stay here!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Great space and location!

The space was great! The view was stunning and the apartment was comfortable. The host left snack and rum and the kitchen was well appointed. The location is very convenient- just a 10-minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and a 5 minute drive to Red hook and the STT other beaches. We appreicated the snorkeling gear, beach chairs and umbrella!

Nice condo with beautiful view of sapphire beach

We enjoyed our stay. The unit had everything we needed and we appreciated that extra amenities like snorkels, cooler, beach chairs, sunscreen, tp, dish soap, clothing rack, etc were there as well. The beds were comfortable. Lots of towels were there which is helpful at a beach rental. The owner gave us a lot of helpful information to make traveling there a breeze. We loved watching the doves in the coconut tree and eating on the porch while enjoying the beach view. The walk to sapphire beach and the coffee shop/restaurants are pretty easy and red hook, fresh market, and the ferry entrance is a close drive. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Our family had a great time! It was very nice to have refreshments and snacks upon our arrival. Great location to Sapphire Beach. Highly recommend this host and look forward to our next stay. Kudos to Xaverie!

Good location by Sapphire Beach with plenty of shade. Food and activities nearby. Never too crowded. A little dated, but our unit was well maintained and nicely appointed. Loved the views from our balcony in the morning. Made for a nice getaway. Not sure I’d rush back to St Thomas, but we did enjoy ourselves.

Tropical family getaway

This space was perfect for our small family getaway. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed and more. The owners thought of everything including all the beach essentials. We loved starting our day with coffee on the balcony looking at the gorgeous view. The property was well maintained and a short walk from the beach and the delicious restaurant. We can’t wait to come back!

Sapphire Palms Condo

My husband and I just spend 5 days at a lovely beach in St. Thomas. The Sapphire Palms was perfectly located near the ferry to St. Johns (2 min drive down the hill) and lovely beach just a short walk (5 min) away on the property. Our condo was large and view spectacular! We slept comfortably and A.C. was great with the heat. The owners provided chairs, snorkel equipment, beach towels and everything you need for the beach. They also gave us a very thorough list of restaurants and activities around St. Thomas and St. John. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!
