Direct Ocean Front Ground Floor Paradise W/Pool!

As seen on HGTV's "Beachfront Bargain Hunt"!...Newly renovated top to bottom- paint, fixtures, stainless steel appliances, new tile and vanities in the bathrooms, wood plank tile floors, upgraded beautiful furniture. Ground floor, no steps. Lots of parking and large fenced pool. Screened in patio opens to the beach and ocean. This is a direct ocean front unit. You can walk off the rear deck to the beach. We are on ground level, no stairs. We have added 2 outside security cameras in the hall leading to our unit for security. One front one back.

We had the best time! The condo is lovely, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect and the pool was a lot of fun. Highly recommend. We have five in our family and it accommodated us well. Hope to return in the future!

Beautiful Condominium

This unit was perfect for the 4 adults in our party, although it would accommodate several more guests. It has every amenity you’d need for a comfortable stay and is decorated beautifully. The furniture and beds are comfortable and it is one of the cleanest Surfside Beach rentals I have ever stayed in. There very easy access to the pool, beach and parking lot. We had a wonderful time! Jodi is a great host.

We picked this place because it is on the 1st level. So very convenient to walk to the beach with small children. They have recently remodeled everything and they did a fantastic job. Even the rest of the property is well maintained & they have a great pool that has an 8 foot deep area 5 stars!

This condo was everything you think it should be! It is decorated beautifully with lots of attention given to the smallest detail. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. I was lucky enough to enjoy it for two weeks. We were in town for a family wedding at Litchfield. Thank You for accommodating the travelers that fly…. Sure adds to the convenience, Providing beach Chairs, beach towels, linens, etc. The beds already made upon arrival, is greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed the most spectacular sun rises, moon rises, and rainbows. We were lucky to miss hurricane Ian. I would absolutely recommend this beach condo.

This condo was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here. Jodie, the host, had everything we would ever need for the vacation in the condo. We lacked nothing. It was beautifully decorated and the porch/sunroom was a lovely place to sit and watch and listen to the waves. It was a minute walk from the porch to the beach which was a major plus for us.

Wonderful family trip!

We have made it a family tradition to go Thanksgiving to Surf Side. Each year we have used a different condo. This was the best stay ever! The condo was very clean, well stocked (which most have nothing) and family friendly. I will try to book again next year.

Convenience, Family Beach Vacation made Easy!

Everything was provided and made easy to enjoy this beautiful attention to ALL details vacation home for adults & teens. Enjoyed usimg Kitchen for cooking, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach toys, entertainment TV, books, puzzle, games .... that was all provided. Location right outside beach, swimming pool, hose to clean off, and screened in porch. Even more wonderful was the service from owner & manager- attention to every detail and they went out of their way to leave my daughter a birthday cake, balloon with her name on it , and candles - how thoughtful & generous. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a family beach vacation!

Amazing location!

Our family loved the location of this condo! Being able to walk out to the beach in minutes was awesome, especially with small children. We were worried that being on the ground floor would obstruct the ocean view, but it does not! The view is beautiful. The only inconveniences we found were slightly smaller bathrooms, no king sized bed in master suite and no tubs in either bathroom, only showers. That being said, this was only inconvenient for my family and overall the convenient location, clean condo and quiet beach made up for it! The owner was extremely helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Great Vacation Rental

Condo was exactly as advertised - updated with great amenities. Only steps away from the beach and the very large pool (which our kids loved). I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone planning to visit Surfside Beach.

Why they chose this property

Our Condo is one of six direct ocean front units in the building. Direct means you can walk right out to the beach from our large screened-in Patio. Our unit is newly renovated, with upgraded appliances, tile floors, furniture, kitchen and baths have been re-tiled, with new fixtures. Feels like a home, which it is. This unit has never been rented, but we are opening it up to you, our guests.

What makes this property unique

You will be close to restaurants, bars, Broadway on the Beach in Myrtle Beach, The Market Commons Mall, antique shopping. Many outdoor activities like swimming, fishing, sightseeing, birdwatching, golf, miniature golf, visiting historic places such as Brookgreen Gardens, which has a zoo, Huntington Beach State Park, Murrell's Inlet, with it's restaurants, marina and Marshwalk...many things to see and do. Or you can wake up early, collect shells, and watch the sunrise, take pictures and just lay on the beach.
