Dolphin Cay 204 - Oceanfront Condo in Surfside Beach, SC

Location: This TRUE OCEANFRONT condo offers gorgeous views from the balcony, master bedroom, and family room. Located in Surfside Beach, SC, you’ll enjoy beautiful sunrises and the relaxing sounds of the ocean right outside your door.

Large Pool: Enjoy a spacious pool, open seasonally until October 1st.
No Elevator: This unit is on the 2nd floor with easy beach access, but please note there is no elevator.
Parking: Two parking spots per unit (non-assigned) — NO street parking allowed by Surfside regulations.
No motorcycles or golf carts permitted, sorry!

What We Provide:
Paper Products: Paper towels (extra rolls in hall closet), toilet paper (extra rolls under each bathroom sink), tissues (extra boxes in hall closet), paper plates, plastic baggies of assorted sizes, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, plastic silverware.
Beverages: A variety of K-cup flavors, various sugars, tea, creamers, honey sticks.
Laundry & Cleaning: Laundry detergent (container of pods), fabric softener, dryer sheets, spray-n-wash, dish detergent, trash bags.
Personal Care: Q-tips, cotton pads, makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
Linens & Towels: Bed linens, bath/hand washcloths (2 per person), extra pillows/blankets, makeup towels, hair towels.
Extras: Sheets for the sofa bed (located in master closet), beach towels (in hall closet - to be washed and returned if used), RTIC cups (in hall closet- to be washed and returned if used, cannot go in the dishwasher) Extra blankets and pillows throughout the unit
Safety: Fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, first aid kit (located in hall closet).


Rental Details:
Peak Season: Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. 7 day minimum for June, July, August
Off season: 3 day minimum, 4 for holiday weekends
Non-Smoking: The unit is completely smoke-free, including e-cigarettes and vaping, no exceptions.
Security Camera: One security camera is located at the entry alcove (facing the screen door) to verify guest count and ensure the no-pet policy. There are no cameras inside the unit. The camera may or may not be active during your stay.

Booking Requirements:
Signed rental agreement and ID verification for all adults within 24 hours of booking.
Primary guest must be 25 years or older and present throughout the reservation.
No third-party bookings, pets, or smoking (including on the balcony).
Credit card fees are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled.

Second Bedroom:
Queen-size bed, full-size dresser, nightstands, 42" flat-screen smart TV with cable, DVD player, 2 wireless charging stations for phone/watch/airpods, suitcase rack, closet, 64" ceiling fan.

Third Bedroom:
King-size bed, 50" flat-screen smart TV (no cable), DVD player, nightstands with USB ports, 2 wireless chargers for phone/watch/airpods, closet, 64" ceiling fan.

Hall bath:
Tub/shower combo, blow dryer, extra TP under the sink

Living/Dining Room:
Pull-out queen sofa bed, loveseat, 50" smart TV with cable, DVD player, sliding glass door to the balcony, dining table for 6 + 4 barstools, 72" ceiling fan. A selection of games, puzzles, and books are available for enjoyment.

Fully equipped Kitchen with all the essentials:

*Appliances: Air fryer, knife block, Ninja blender (sharp/removable blade - use with caution), crockpot, 4-slice toaster

*Dishware: Large set of dishes, glassware, wine & whiskey glasses, coffee mugs, shot glasses, kids' cups/plates
*Coffee bar with Keurig and regular coffee maker, K-cups, assortment of sugars, creamer packets, tea packets, honey sticks, and more.

Located under the building, room marked 204. Door code needed

Additional Information:
Laundry: Stackable washer/dryer is in the entry alcove, with laundry supplies provided.
Charcoal Grill: Available in the backyard. Clean up thoroughly after use and dispose of all waste properly.
Beach Towels: Beach towels are provided, but guests are required to wash and return them before departure.

Booking & Rental Rules:
The unit is not a hotel. This is a FAMILY OWNED unit and we take great pride in it and expect it to be taken care of accordingly. Please use the provided amenities responsibly and leave remaining supplies for the next guests. Inventories are checked after every stay.
No street parking is allowed, and there are two non-assigned parking spaces per unit. No motorcycles or golf carts allowed.

SURFSIDE BEACH, SC ~ "The family beach" ~ Great environment for relaxing! MANY area attractions including a ton of golf courses, loads of shopping, restaurants galore, etc! ****IMPORTANT!! NEW laws for Surfside Beach, canopy tents ARE allowed once again!! They must be spaced 10 feet apart and they, along with all chairs/umbrellas, must be 8 feet from the dunes! THEY ARE POLICING AND ENFORCING THESE RULES!!
