The property is very well kept it had all the amenities you could possibly need,it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach .John’s Pass was a 5 minute car ride, plenty of eateries and shops to checkout We will be coming back!

The location is perfect, and the unit was very clean. The grounds are very well-kept, the pool is immaculate, there is beach access across the street, and it is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and shops. I would highly recommend this rental.

You can’t beat the location of the property. Dave was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was also really nice to have chairs, cooler & an umbrella in the unit to be able to take to the beach. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I were looking for a short trip away from the craziness of every day life. Found this little cottage just north of Johns Pass. That was perfect for everything that we would like to do. I would strongly suggest using this for a couple getaway.

The VRBO was very neat and clean. The small size is what we had expected. Pool area was nice. The water pressure in the shower was good. Everything we needed for our stay was either at the cottage or close by.

Right across from beach access, small but great.

If you need a lot of space you may not like it. For two of us it was fine. It was more important for us to have all of the beach items and be close to the beach. All the beach items are there it all worked out great. Would stay again for sure.

I live in Tampa and visit the property frequently. I live about 40 minutes away. I'm available if you ever need anything within reason.

Why they chose this property

Newly renovated unit post storm including kitchen and bath. Many upgrades including new TV, ceiling fans, bedding, and other decor. We have a large clean pool with plenty of seating area as well as covered lanai for eating and grilling close by.

What makes this property unique

A very short walk across the street to the beach, where you'll never find trouble getting a prime spot in front of the water. As close as you can get without paying the premium for being directly on the beach. Excellent location with the Worlds Famous Johns Pass 1 mile down the road, and downtown Madeira Beach 1/2 mile with it's unique shops and ROC park featuring many events and concerts year round.
