Newly renovated Dec 2025. Enjoy a Gulf of Mexico vacation in our private beach condo. Gulf Gardens is located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. In less than a one minute walk from your doorstep you will be enjoying the sun on the white powdery sands of quaint Madeira Beach. Don't forget to grab the metal detector in the closet and try your luck at finding some beach treasure. Or just relax and watch the dolphins play until the sun sets with your favorite beverage. Yes Madeira Beach is one of the last in the county that allows adult beverages on the beach.

Back at the property, you can swim in one of the area’s largest and cleanest pools surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Enjoy an open-air meal on the poolside patio, or watch the waves from your second story balcony. One of the few units on the property with an ocean view.

Our spotless condo comes equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen - everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Clean linens will be provided and there are two shared grills on the complex where you can grill your catch of the day! And new in January 2021, a private WiFi service just for this unit at 200mbps, fast and very secure. There is cable TV and a DVD player in the unit for your entertainment. As the condo association President, I will ensure you feel like family during your stay and will answer any questions you may have during your vacation.

One of the nicest features of this unit is the unmistakable attention to cleanliness and details that only a discriminating owner can provide. And parking is a breeze even on the busiest weeks. One stay and you will already be looking forward to your next vacation here!

Located in the heart of the Clearwater/Saint Pete beaches, our unit offers a convenient home base for touring Central Florida. You’ll be 30 minutes away from Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens, Ybor City, and only 90 minutes away from Orlando’s family attractions. More local to your rental, historic John’s Pass is only 1 mile away. Stroll down to John’s Pass for many dining and shopping options, and grab a homemade ice cream or fudge on your way back at the famous Candy Kitchen!

Good accommodation, great location. Unfortunately, September and October hurricanes caused issues for property owner, but he was as accommodating as possible. Overall we enjoyed the location and made the best of the situation.

We came for a short weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday and the property was great. The location was perfect, walked across the street to the beach, close to restaurants and John’s Pass. The property was clean and had all the essentials. The pool was also nice!

Cozy, clean little condo in a quiet area. Location is great, right across the road from a beautiful beach and within walking distance of several good restaurants. Was nice having beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided. Hope to come back again!

It truly is charming, very clean and comfortable. It has a beach bungalow style to it; the decor is perfect. A lot of time and energy went into making this so sweet. The owner is good enough to provide herbs and teas and plenty of paper goods. 5 star this one. Be aware of lots of construction going on post Helene and Milton….but only during the day time.

Great little place

Everything was great during our stay. As others have said it is a great location near the beach and close to bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed the beach and setting up a tent infront of Caddy's each day. Restrooms were readily available and their food was decent. Take advantage of the happy hour drinks. Overall a great stay and would recommend.
