This four Bedroom, Two Bath, Awesome views overlooking the Ruidoso Valley! Situated on the Swiss Chalet hill, very convenient to Skiing, Snowboarding, Tubing, Dining and Shopping. Or just relax and enjoy the cool mountain air! The main living area has a wonderful sectional sofa to enjoy a movie or gather to watch a sporting event!
The downstairs bedroom area is accessed by an outside stairway. You will be very happy you chose this one! Rafter T Ranch House does NOT offer air conditioning in Summer months.

*Winter Snow Conditions may require 4wd or chains!

Cozy Cabin

The property was very cozy but the lay out was strange. The only think i didnt like is thay the house is split into 2 parts and the bedrooms were too small. Also the cleaning fee was pretty high considering there is a cleaning check list for the guest. Overall cute place and the property management was nice and very accommodating

Everything was good. Only had an issue parking for 3 cars. Ended up parking one behind the dumpsters.

The property was in a beautiful location, great views, it was just dirty.

The property was in a beautiful location, great views, it was just dirty. We found a lot of old food/belongings behind the couch and underneath too. Definitely bring your own towels if you plan on staying here. Since we were on vacation we didn’t want to call and have to explain what the situation was, we shouldn’t have to. We expected it to be clean and it wasn’t. The members were fabulous, super nice and friendly!

The house itself was great ….the pictures on the Internet are not what the outside of the surrounding property looks like …the main view was from the kitchen window…. Hot water issues and TV issues were solved within six hours after contacting rental agency
