We had a great time. We had 4 generations staying here from a 1 year old to a 91 year old. Everything was clean and well maintained. There was room for everyone. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Ruidoso.

This was an awesome home to stay in! It’s in a very quiet neighborhood right off Mecham. We played pool, played board games and hung out on the patio enjoying the cool weather. The bunk beds and bed situation was perfect for our family with 3 little ones.

Nice cabin with plenty of space. We got to see lots of elk near by. Lots of TVs, pool table and jove porch to enjoy the day.

Roomy, comfortable home. In good location. Great to have 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and laundry facilities. Even has a large game room with pool table that has bunk beds, which we didn’t use the room but would be great for families. TVs through the home (except in one of the bedrooms) was a nice touch if someone wanted to have some time on their own. Plenty of towels, extra linens, but not enough wash/ face cloths. Plan to bring your own or do laundry twice a day, as our party of four had to do, so we could have a fresh wash cloth each morning and evening. Wild horses came up next door to the home, which was pretty cool.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. One of the most memorable parts of our trip was being greeted by horses and seeing other wildlife like deer which made the experience feel peaceful and unique.The location was perfect. There’s an Albertsons nearby, along with several restaurants, and it’s just a short drive to the shops in downtown Ruidoso, which made everything very convenient.My family truly enjoyed our time here. The home was comfortable and made for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others looking for a great place in Ruidoso.

The house was very spacious. We had 3 adults and 3 kids 6 and under. Everyone enjoyed it and had room to play and relax. For it being an older house, it was clean and well maintained! We came in March and the weather was hot during the day and chilly in mornings! Very cool scenery around. With lots of wild horses, elk, and mule deer roaming the neighborhood every day! We went to Winter Park, White Sands(hour drive), ate great food and had fun shopping! Will def come visit and stay again!

Very cozy place. We spent two nights, neighborhood was pretty good, quiet nights. Rooms very clean and spacious. Just few details grill was dirty so I have to cleaned in order to cook first night and pool table is kind of old and we have to fix it since was lean or unbalanced. Kitchen very good and fully stacked with everything we need. Hot water is not enough for 9 people trying to get ready but everything very good!

Nice and cozy

This was my family's third trip to Ruidoso. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. My husband and I enjoyed playing pool every evening and my daughters loved having a tv in their room. I would recommend staying here.

I mostly booked this home because of the pool table. The pool table was unplayable. It completely leans to 1 side causing all of the balls to just roll. Was very disappointed that this was not in the description.

Roomy but dated

Upon arrival it looked decent but upon further examination it was definitely dated and needed lots of upgrades. Floor boards broken, bathroom door didn’t close and it’s definitely been a while since it’s had a deep cleaning. We planned little get aways so we didn't have to be at the property the entire time. I highly doubt we’d stay here again.
