The house is located in a small fishing port near Lannion, Perros Guirec, Ploumana'ch, Locquirec.
Small quiet village with bakery, sale of live fishing products, restaurants, doctor. Supermarket and all amenities within 10 minutes by car. 2 large markets in Lannion and Plestin strikes.
You reach the rental by a staircase of a dozen steps.
The living room of 37 m2, very bright, consists of a fitted kitchen (induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster), a living room giving access on a large terrace and a lounge with TV.

The terrace of 22 m2, facing south west, with sea view over the gardens, will welcome you for your meals (garden furniture, gas barbecue,) or your moments of relaxation (deck chairs).

At the same level, you will find a bedroom with double bed 140 overlooking the terrace, a bathroom with shower and double sink and washing machine. An independent W. C. with washbasin and mirror.

Upstairs in the attic, a dormitory space, with a floor area of 34 m2, is furnished with 2 beds of 80 x 190 and an extra bed for children, and a reading and games lounge area. Sea view.

We have Wi-Fi, a library and documentation about the area.

A parking space is reserved for you on the ground in front of the house.
