Ideally located in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, come and relax in this pretty, very bright holiday home, renovated, with its enclosed garden and sea view terrace. 3-star tourist furniture label.
The house is spacious (110 m²), well equipped and very comfortable, it is composed of:
On the ground floor:
- A fully equipped open kitchen;
- A living room, dining room;
- A bathroom with WC;
- A pantry with washing machine and dryer
- A 31 m² terrace with sea view.
Upstairs:
- Two large bedrooms with sea view, premium quality 160x200 beds and large fitted wardrobes;
- A bedroom with two premium quality 90x190 beds and a chest of drawers;
- An office in one of the large bedrooms to work in peace;
- A bathroom
- A separate toilet

The large terrace and the flower garden, completely enclosed, constitute secure play areas for children and relaxation areas for adults.
At your disposal for your stay: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, Tassimo, television, barbecue, Internet/Wifi, baby equipment (bed, baby chair, bath, mattress). diaper, baby potty and dishes), hairdryer, ironing board and iron…
All household linen is provided, bed linen, bathroom linen and tea towels. Beds are made upon your arrival.
Energy costs (electricity, water) are included, for reasonable consumption.
So that you can enjoy our beautiful region, a cleaning package of €100 is offered to you, paid in cash on arrival.
If you do not want this option, a list of cleaning points to be provided and cleaning products will be provided: vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, dishwashing products, sponges, cleaning products, window products.
Our animal friends are not allowed.
Tenants are asked to provide a resort insurance certificate for the end-of-year vacation.
