About this property

Awesome Large Nob Hill Studio near financial center.

Beautiful large studio on Nob Hill 1/2 block from the Fairmont, 1 block to the Mark Hopkins, and 3 blocks to the Ritz Carlton Hotels, easy walk to Union Square, China Town and North Beach (little Italy), also a short walk to all of San Francisco’s financial district.
This unit offers queen size bed and single sofa sleeper, large flat screen tv, high speed WIFI, fully stocked kitchen and bath, all you need is your suitcases. Newly painted, large walk in closet, super clean and safe building in paramount location.
I recently had a guest request the sofa sleeper to be removed to allow 2 queen size bed so it would be more comfortable for 4 adults. I can also do that for two adults that prefer separate queen size beds. The last two photos represent that arrangement. Let me know in advance if you prefer this arrangement.
