Easy parking close enough to the city center, hot shower, fridge, microwave, everything we needed for our dogs and a comfortable bed. Happy with our stay, will stay again.
Wonderful super communicative host! I had many questions in advance and Karla was wonderful. Space was clean, nice and abundant! Parking was a great perk.
Was the perfect location for a one night stay with me and my partner. Very reasonably priced, well kept, and had all amenities needed for a weekend stay.
Great place to stay. Very convenient to the bus. Avocado tree in the back yard was pretty cool I have to say. Having the washer and dryer was a big deal especially after traveling across the country for a week. Thanks
We spent 4 days in San Francisco and Karlas place was perfect for our stay. We could reach the city center easily by bus or tram within 45 min. The apartment was easy to find and access and is quiet, comfortable and very well equipped.
The living space was studio-styled and super cute with a lot of character! We loved the green backyard and house plants and enjoyed how quiet the unit was. There were a lot of provided household essentials, which made it easy to prepare and serve meals. Sleeping spaces were plentiful and the main bed had a nice firmness to it. There’s a big fridge to store everything you need just outside of the unit in the garage space. We also really appreciated the washer and dryer in unit, which was a lifesaver for our longer stay! Our host was responsive, kind, and helpful. We were able to get any questions we had answered within an hour. The neighborhood is Bayview, and it definitely gets more sun than a lot of other SF neighborhoods. More about Bayview: It’s one of the few areas in The City that doesn’t feel over-gentrified and still has a lot of character. It’s not unsafe, but exercise normal caution for a city and avoid walks at night, especially alone. We would absolutely stay again if we ever need to return to the area.

This property is PERFECT! Was extremely versatile with a large open space. Back patio / garden is absolutely delightful. Extremely clean with great amenities! Would absolutely recommend!
Place is just like advertized. Close to where my family resides and to the freeway. Parking is a little awkward if you have a truck but great for smaller vehicle. Other then that, perfect for the wife and I.
We felt at home there. I'd heard SF parking can be difficult so i was happy to have a place to park.
My mom and I had our Canadian Thanksgiving dinner here. It has a nice back patio for playing cards, the neighborhood is quiet, the owner was helpful and quick to respond.
This is a great location. It's close to all the tourist areas. Being able to park for free in the driveway was great. It was so clean! We washed our clothes in the very nice washer and dryer. Everything about this place was wonderful! Thank you!!
The photos don’t do this quirky little space justice! It was super clean and cozy, and down the street from a BART stop that takes you into the city. Unbeatable find for the price.
