This home was perfect for our family size. We spent most of our time on the lovely back porch and water area. Inside worked well with kids too. Will come back again. This was already our second stay.

We had a blast at Traci and Edwin’s home! It was right on the water with access to hop right in for tubing or kayaking. The home was so spacious and really charming. Lots of seating outdoors and indoors. The views were incredible and such a relaxing place to stay to unwind. Check in and out process was super simple, Traci and Edwin had great, quick communication. I highly recommend their home and we plan to book again in future. Thank you!!

Nice place with lots of room, bay/river access, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, multiple decks andPorches. The main rear deck has 2 seating areas with good shade and a grill. Only a couple issues. The A/C doesn’t cool the whole house equally. 1st floor King bedroom had a window AC unit which was good, but the 2nd floor king was really warm all week. There is a fair amount of poison ivy growing along walk ways and on trees where we parked which could be problematic. Water access was a bit tricky for the Grand Parents to get in and out.

Thank you for your comments. We installed a brand-new HVAC system this summer, but super-hot August weather and bright sunshine can warm the upstairs front bedroom. Poison ivy is unfortunately a fact of life in woods, though yours is the first mention of it in over 20 years of renting. We do our best to keep the yard and grounds in good condition and were happy to host you. All the best!

We enjoy the waterfront and wanted a property we could share with others. It's within walking distance from my house so I can check on it easily. It was also my best-friend from elementary school's house, so it has a lot of memories for me.
