Recent condo updates in 2019 include fresh paint, all new mattresses, new sofa sleeper, all new bedding and linens. This unit has a fabulous sunset view from the large private deck. One of the pools is located directly across from the unit. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Non-smoking and no pets please. CHECK OUT MY OTHER LISTING IN THE SAME BUILDING #1388793
