The comfortable living room features plush seating and a state-of-the-art 49" smart television. To enhance your leisure hours, we have thoughtfully provided a selection of our favorite board games. Additionally, the sofa conveniently converts into a full-size bed, providing extra sleeping arrangements for your weary head after a day filled with exciting activities. Accessible from both the living room and bedroom #1, the deck is furnished with relaxing lounge chairs and a table with seating.



The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. It also boasts a convenient Keurig pod coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, and blender.



Bedroom #1 serves as a haven, offering a very comfortable king-size bed, a smart television, a private bath equipped with a shower/tub combo, and direct access to the deck.



Bedroom #2 offers an equally comfortable queen-size bed and a twin/twin bunk bed, accompanied by a smart television, making it a delightful space for both children and adults to enjoy.



The second full bathroom features a walk-in shower. For your convenience, blow dryers are provided in both bathrooms. All necessary towels and linens are included. The area is peaceful with minimal traffic, although you might occasionally hear the train at Silver Dollar City blow its whistle. With top-tier community amenities just a few steps away from your doorstep, Notch Condominiums ensures an exceptional living experience. Whether you opt to grill some burgers in the pavilion or take a refreshing dip in one of the two seasonal pools, you will create lasting memories. This condo is conveniently located across from the pool, playground, and pavilion, complete with BBQ grills, guaranteeing easy access to endless entertainment. If you plan to use the pools onsite, please remember to bring your own beach towels. Don't forget to set aside some time to explore the nature trails and try your hand at fishing in the catch and release lake. No fishing license is required, but you will need to supply your own equipment.

- This unit is located on the lower level, accessible either through a short flight of stairs (5-6 steps) or by following the gently sloping pathway at the end of the building, which requires no stairs.

- Washer and dryer facilities are available, in unit, for guests to use.

- Two parking spaces are allotted in the parking lot on a first come first serve basis

- ENTRY: 1st floor, Walk down or walk in, 8 steps on 1 side

- WIFI is accessible in the living room and bedrooms.

-The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day
