Coastal Blue is a private beach house getaway located in the quiet, safe neighborhood of Winton -Eastern rd. This 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath ocean front bungalow offers guest a tranquil relaxing retreat when they are not exploring the eclectic shops, tourist sites and local cuisine. While staying at this property guest will have access to the entire home, which includes the following:
Bedrooms: All 3 bedrooms are furnished with your comfort in mind, including with quality queen mattresses and plush linens. The location allows guest to fall asleep and wake up to soothing ocean sounds guaranteeing a peaceful nights rest.
Living room: The home has multiply seating areas available giving guest places to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The back seating space opens up to the veranda, through glass doors, allowing for easy access to the outdoor space. With high speed internet throughout the property guest can enjoy streaming and downloading / uploading during their stay, or just keeping in touch with those back home.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances and all needed utensils. Guest will feel at home while preparing meals. The bar seating and formal dining area allow for quick snacks along with family style dining with a complete in house coffee and tea bar with all the bells and whistles.

Perfect location for a dream vacation

We spent a week in this home soaking up the sun, sea, and time together. The pool is not big, but the kids loved every minute splashing around in it, plus it was just outside the house, and there was a hammock for relaxing reading/supervising. The beach was beautiful and fun at high and low tide. We were on the eastern side of the island, which was quiet, close to grocery stores, and the kids made local friends. Eddie checked in with us right away to make sure we were comfortable - and we were the whole time! We hope to come again!

Everything You Need and More!

This was an amazing stay. My husband is from Nassau and we were here to reconnect with family. We were able to do so very comfortably in this amazing space. This will definitely be our go to space whenever we are in Nassau! You will not be disappointed.

Our stay was lovely. The unit is clean and had everything we needed it. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time, since arranging an airport pick up to make sure we had what we needed it the next morning for breakfast as we arrived late. Highly recommended.

Excellent House and a Fantastic Host

Eddie, the host, was wonderful. He was always attentive to our needs. He came by anytime we needed him. He went beyond the call of duty when he agreed to pick up groceries since our ride was not available. A wonderful environment and a safe place. We loved it.

Amazing Stay

Our stay at Eddie’s property was more than amazing. If we could give him 10 stars we would. He was very easy to communicate with and provided many options of things for us to do! Our trip to the Bahamas was very last minute due to delayed and cancelled flights to a different country. Eddie made our visit completely worthwhile. I would absolutely recommend this location. The sunrise was stunning and we felt very safe in the gated property. We can’t wait to come back and visit the Bahamas and Eddie!

Gated townhouse overlooking a quiet beach at the very most western point in Nassau. Very comfortable and large with light colors and nice bedding. Kitchen area is very roomy and has everything you need. Park right next to your back door and have a private pool outside within a few steps. It has a updated washer/dryer which was very handy. Shops for food and takeout very close by. The owner Eddie was very responsive and had some great recommendations for us. We had a lovely, peaceful week enjoying the beaches and restaurants and our own pool!

We were looking for a place to stay that was not close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Nassau, however close to the beach if the kids wanted to enjoy some water activities. Eddie's place is such a cozy home, welcoming, and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer for those beach towels!. I really appreciated that he had chargers for all phone types and a landline for local lines...waking up to the ocean view every morning, like you are literally right next to the ocean was the highlight for me, priceless!!! The neighbourhood is very quiet, I actually went for a lesiure walk twice ..once in the morning and the other after 9pm. Thank you so much Eddie, will definitely come back with friends for a staycation and actually use the grill that I asked for 😊. The kids summed it up ' it was home away from home'.

Coastal blue

What a fantastic home away from home. We were a family of 7 adults and one baby 5 months. It was a perfect place with three full bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath on the main level. The home is in immaculate condition and extremely well kept. Eddie our host went above and beyond. When he realized we were traveling with a five month baby he surprised us with a bottle sterilizer, bottle warmer and a small bathtub for the little one to have his baths. He even brought us the most delicious cookies and a card on New year's Eve. I would highly recommend this airbnb that looks over the ocean with the most beautiful sunrises every morning. We will be back!

Beautiful Ocean Views Every Day

We visited for 2 weeks as a family with 2 young kids, ages 2 and 5, so we valued the convenience of a beach close by; a hop, skip, and a jump across the street to it was perfect. The sandy beach was great to play on, but more than anything, we really enjoyed all the rocks in the water. Our favorite thing was venturing out during low tide and walking out to look for shells, fish, crabs, and sea glass. The neighborhood beach dogs were also really friendly. Eddie was such a great host! Very warm and helpful. He made sure we got what we needed and made us feel at home. It felt like our enjoyment of our time was important to him! He provided a stroller and crib for us, which saved us on packing more. Plenty of sheets and towels too. If We had no problem being able to cook meals at home with the convenience of 2 grocery stores close by. We were also just a short drive to various tourist areas like downtown Nassau and The Atlantis. We never felt unsafe in the neighborhood and we exchanged friendly greetings with everyone we encountered. The property’s gate was a nice bonus though for additional security. If you’re looking for a place to spread out more than a hotel room would allow while enjoying The Bahamas, book this property and prepare to enjoy the beauty that the ocean and area has to offer.

Nice House in Quiet Neighborhood

The house was spacious, clean and well-equipped. We did not realize just how quiet the eastern side of the island would be. The beach was narrow and underwhelming - more dirt than sand - and the pool, shared by four units in the neighborhood, was not as well maintained as the photos indicated. We felt frustrated by the lack of anywhere to sit outdoors to enjoy the sunshine and by the expense of multiple taxi rides each day (the only restaurants even remotely walkable were American fast food chains). Nice house but not what we were looking for.

Arrived at vrbo rental and found the following 1. Temperature registered at 92 degrees Fahrenheit A/c was on downstairs and we adjusted the thermostat upstairs to 66. After one hour the temperature still registered 92 degrees could not stay in this place as the outside temperature was 95 degrees In addition the pool which was advertised was unusable. It was dirty and broken at the bottom. The chairs were unusable. Dirty and broken We did not stay longer and were forced to re t another place nearby Following our disappointment we have not received any compensation from the owner or from VRBO. please be careful about booking this place

Our first trip to the Bahamas

Our host Eddie was completely amazing!!! The location of the property cannot be any better. You are close to everything, but not in the hustle and bustle which was perfect for our family. Eddie gave us great suggestions on restaurants, as well as local attractions. Eddie went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had a great Bahamian experience. We were able to rent a boat and do some island hopping which was absolutely fantastic! We were able to rent a vehicle directly from Eddie which allowed us to see most of the island! Our return flight was unfortunately cancelled, and Eddie was more than accommodating to extehd an additional night! Overall, such a great experience! We felt like family! We will definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality!

10/10 would stay again!

Our family of four really enjoyed the beach across the street between other excursions. We felt safe staying in the home and driving around the neighborhood for groceries and carryout. The location is convenient if you're planning to take excursions on or departing from Paradise Island. Eddie was a great host! He was very responsive to our questions and arranged transportation to and from the airport. His driver was also friendly and professional.

Perfect Location!

Eddie was an incredible host, and his house was perfect for our family of six. It was our first time in Nassau and we would absolutely stay at the property again. Direct views of the ocean and sunrise, and convenience to grocery stores. The neighborhood feels safe and was quiet throughout the week, but still only a short car drive to busier Bay Street area. The house was clean and had all the amenities needed for a week on the island. Thanks again, Eddie!

Paradise!

I cannot put into words how wonderful our stay was. The house was perfect for our group of six. The house is well maintained, comfortable, and relaxing. For those looking to travel light, the house includes toiletries, curling iron, hair dryer, laundry supplies, etc… The beach across the street was the main attraction for us. It is the perfect beach for children (and adults!). Eddie was fantastic and very attentive during our stay. He helped us arrange transportation, answered every question, and genuinely wanted to make sure that we were taken care of and were having a great time. We did go to other beaches but I have to say, the beach at our home was the best! I wish I could post pictures because the photos on the listing do not do it justice! There is a grocery store within walking distance and I recommend getting the Kraven app to order groceries or food delivery. All in all, 10 out of 10 and we hope to make it back next year. This place has a piece of my heart and we made lasting memories there.

Seaview Paradise

Eddie was gracious a host. We were family of 4 on girls trip getaway. Beach house gave us separate spaces for sleeping. I enjoyed kitchen and balcony as well. We felt safe. Our taxi drivers were safe, gracious, accommodating and protective on outings to dinner, shopping nearby and all inclusive beach days. On the negative, pool and beach access across street were not handicap accessible for Seniors like me 70+. There were no handrails. I did enjoy walkway along seawall. Sunrise is beautiful.

Fantastic stay!

Eddie was a fantastic host!! He helped us organize taxis, beach passes, grocery trips and more. The house was great for our girls getaway and we loved waking up to the ocean and taking walks along the beach. Would definitely recommend - some of the girls from the trip are already trying to go back!

Wonderful Vacation

My wife and I brought our adult son, daughter and her boyfriend. We had a great time in the beautiful home and it was a great home base for exploring the beauty of Nassau. Eddie is the most amazing host. He checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. He was more than an owner of a rental, he was our concierge. The house was beautiful, clean and modern. He rented us his 7 person van which was so easy. The house and Eddie get our highest recommendation.

Wonderful Host!!

We had a great experience with Eddie and our stay at this property! The property is well stocked with everything needed for a great stay and if there’s something you need, Eddie will take care of it! He was great in helping us organize transportation and all of his recommendations for meals/activities were great. He made sure we knew where to find the grocery store and other essentials when we first arrived. The weather wasn’t great for us (very unusual for the Bahamas apparently) so it was so nice to have the beach and pool close by. When we got a break in the rain, we could easily walk to the beach across the street or hop in the pool. We loved being away from the over-crowded resorts, but great restaurants and shopping are only 15 minutes away. So, the location was great for us. And you can’t beat the view!! We have never worked with a VRBO host who was so helpful and attentive. Eddie will be sure your trip is great! This property is highly recommended!!
