Sunrise Beach Club #1, Pool, BBQ Grill, Beach Chairs. Directly on the Beach!

You cannot get closer to Paradise Island Beach! The unit's patio stairs literally lead down to the white powdery sands of the famous beach. The view from the living room or patio is unforgettable! Only five minute walk to Atlantis resort!

Condo is fully equipped with washer & dryer, microwave, cable tv, internet, bbq, etc. The condo complex has very good security, a convenient restaurant, and good parking in case you get a rent-a-car. There are two master bedrooms upstairs, each with king size beds and tv's. There is a 3rd bedroom downstairs, with two single beds and also a tv. The unit is spacious, the swimming is pool by the front door and the ocean is by the patio door/living room just down the patio stairs. Sunrise Beach Club is 30 minute drive from Nassau International airport. Estell the villa manager can arrange airport transfers and tours to Dolphin Encounters/Blue Lagoon Island.

Wow! The views from the deck are amazing! So was everything else. The location was perfect. Not too far of a walk to get to things and just far enough to be very peaceful. The condo is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Estell arranged for transportation to and from the airport along with a stop at the grocery & liquor store for us to stock up on provisions for the week. We would certainly come back in a heartbeat. The views alone are worth it!

A Truley Relaxing Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed and was conveniently located so we could walk to most everything. It was very spacious and the view from the patio was beautiful! Right on the water, beach bar/restaurant onsite, wonderful property manager. What else did we need?!? Convenient to Atlantis, too. 15-minute walk or reasonably priced cab ride. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Atlantis several years ago and remembered liking the beach. This unit is just steps from the sand with great views too. The unit was accurately described and also bigger than I anticipated. Estell was a pleasure to deal with and had great communication from beginning to end! Would definitely stay here again.

Like home, but with a better view

Very good arragement of space itself. Great kitchen with everything you could need and a terrace with a perfect view. We are used to lower and harder beds though, however was not a problem, since we could solve it. Host was really very attentive. Top.

I am from Germany originally but my family moved to The Bahamas in the 1980's. In 1995 I bought the condo and lived there for seven years. In 2002, I moved to the Dominican Republic to start a business and stayed there. I started renting my unit as soon as I moved away, in order to supplement income.

Why they chose this property

The location of this property is unbelievable! One of the few condos directly on the beach on Paradise Island. Within walking distance to Atlantis and RIU resorts.

What makes this property unique

The patio of this property is overhanging the beach, so just walk down the stairs and you will feel the white powdery sand between your toes. Atlantis Resort and Casino only minutes walk away.
