At 100 m from the beach, beautiful apartment on the port and close to restaurants and shops.
On the 4th floor with elevator of a secure condominium with access to the beach direct and fast.
A large closed room with window is equipped with a bed 140. It can accommodate 90 extra beds available on site. A sofa bed offers 2 extra beds in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with all new electrical appliances (ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, mini oven, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, ...).
The glazed living room of 20 m² gives on the terrace of 7 m².
Restaurants and shops are 100 m from the residence.
Everything is accessible without car, water and leisure activities, funfair 20 minutes and a tram stop 15 minutes to stroll in Montpellier.
