Hi Charles, I hope you and your family are doing well. I'm a bit confused about the rating of 4 for cleanliness. The cleaning was done before your arrival and the sheets were changed. Especially since I personally had to do a bit of cleaning after your departure, as it wasn’t spotless in my opinion. I'm sorry, but this isn't a hotel, and the cleanliness depends on the tenants themselves. I often have very little time between a departure and a new arrival to check all the points. Best regards.

A renouveler.
