The house is very comfortable, has all the comforts, and a simple and comfortable decoration. It is designed to accommodate a family or group of friends, if you have pets you can enjoy freely in the garden because it is completely closed and there is no danger. The garden has a large porch that is an extension of the house, ideal for eating outdoors, enjoy a good barbecue, etc. The pool area is fenced so you can be quiet if there are small children. The access with the car is very comfortable, the door is automatic activated with a remote control, and has a wide capacity for two cars without problem. The urbanization is very quiet, belongs to the municipality of Carmona, but is closer to Mairena del Alcor, where you can find 10 minutes by car all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, etc.

Stinkend en slecht verzorgt huis

De dame die ons ontving sprak alleen Spaans. In de woning had ze de airco, en een waaier aangezet, en op de schoorsteen een paar kaarsjes. Achteraf bleek dit voor de stank en de aanwezige vliegen te zijn. Ik ben er de volgende dag achter gekomen dat dit van de toilet beneden kwam, het waren vliegen uit het riool omdat de toiletpot los op het riool stond. Elke dag een spuitbus moeten gebruiken en dan de dode vliegen uit de douchebak spoelen toen we het bij haar melde zei ze, dat e vliegen uit de lucht kwamen. verder liepen de wastafels slecht door en na een week was de spoelbak en afvoer van de vaatwasser verstopt en lekte het in het keukenkastje, ook dat was volgens haar nog nooit voorgekomen terwijl de kastdeurtjes gebold van het vocht stonden. Ik ben in het bezit van foto's en ik hoop dat uw organisatie iets voor ons kan betekenen

¿Este señor que pretende diciendo estas cosas? Le dije que cuando hace mucho calor, cosa que es muy normal en Sevilla, es normal que haya moscas. cuando me dijo que segun el era de el WC esta suelto, le dije que le enviaria inmediatamente una persona para sellarlo, y me dijo que no, que esperara a que ellos se fueran. Luego paso lo del desague del fregadero, que nunca habia pasado, al menos no de esa manera tan exajerada, ya que el tubo estaba completamente fuera, parecia que lo habian sacado queriendo. Por ultimo, yo solo hablo español, claro que si, ¿le parece a usted extraño? Alquila una casa en España y la propietaria que es una persona normal y corriente......!!solo hable español!!.... Sr. esto no es un hotel con empleados que hablan idiomas, es una casa de campo con piscina. no tengo nada mas que decir.

La comunicación con María del Mar ha sido fluida, y la casa muy limpia y cómoda. El único detalle, ha sido que he al tenido que llevar sábanas y toallas porque no se nos facilitaba y no se detallaba en el anuncio.

Casa espectacular

La casa es tal como se ve en las fotos: con el jardín espectacular, barbacoa, chimenea, es espaciosa... Nosotros pasamos un fin de semana espectacular, solo nos faltó el baño en la piscina porque el tiempo no acompañó, pero espero poder volver y quitarme esa espinita. Ademas María del Mar, la anfitriona, fue muy simpática con nosotros, nos enseñó todo lo que teníamos que saber de la casa y sus alrededores y nos dejo salir más tarde el domingo. Una experiencia de 10, repetiremos sin duda!!!

Excellent stay

Clean, very well equipped, great garden and pool, well suited for children. Excellent home away from home. Maria was very helpful en gave prompt replies (in Spanish but no problem with online translating or gestures). No public transport or anything in walking distance, so a car is required. 25 min drive to center of Sevilla.
