A wonderful stay in spacious apartment. Very well located with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Our host Alejandra was extremely accommodating and helped us with information and recommendations during our stay. She is a delight!

Charming house close to all Seville attractions.We were impressed about the inside of the house, the art and attention to details. The house have a beautiful terrace with an amazing view.Everything was clean and we have all we need.It was 20 min walking to Seville attractions. We loved that we have a grocery store close to the house where you can buy all you need.I have to mention that the Alejandra the host made us feel right at home and took good care of us. She was waiting for us at home and was very informative, she is a very kind and wonderful person. The checkout was so easy, Alejandra kindly come to say goodbye to us.Thank you, Alejandra for making our vacation so special.

Nice Location out of Main Tourists Areas

Nice place in the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Madrid. Easy access to the metro and nice neighborhood to walk around with many very good retardants near bye.

Great place

The house is on multiple levels, very spacious, clean and lovely. Alejandra was very friendly and helpful. Our son got a bit sick but she was constantly checking in and offered to help multiple times. The check in/out process was also very smooth. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful home

Beautiful home, lovely host, great location and terrific views from rooftop terrace. Alejandra was a wonderful host providing lots of suggestions, directions, along with fruit, water and wine. And it has a parking place which is critical. Highly recommend it.

A wonderful visit

For our family, this was the ideal place to stay. It’s a beautiful home, with excellent art and wonderful books. The location is great, it’s not to far from the places you’ll want to see as a tourist, but it’s also in a real neighborhood. You get a real flavor of Sevilla. There are some nice restaurants and bakeries/ cafes very close by, and you’re about a ten to fifteen minute walk away from amazing sights. Alejandra is a wonderful host. She is a great source of information and really looked out for us.

Wondeeful Stay

Our group of 4 stayed at this lovely apartment for 3 days. Alejandra met us at the door, showed us her beautiful home and offered plenty of helpful information. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated and unique in its design and use of space. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the colorful plants and view. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect for touring the lovely city of Seville. We highly recommend this booking. Thank you Alejandra for your kindness and generosity.

Seville - Must Stay in the Center of the City

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Seville. This property was absolutely as advertised and we would certainly stay again. It was spacious, clean, well maintained, central to everything and quiet. As much as we loved every aspect of the house the best part of teh trip was the host herself. Alejandra was so thoughtful, helpful and accommodating to every items to help make our time in Seville and at her house as easy and relaxing as possible. Thank you so very much for all you did. Awesome apartment close to the Historic Center

We loved our stay here. One bedroom is up and the other down so good separation. The kitchen is small but very functional. The clothes washer worked great, and drying was very fast up on the private balcony. The location is very convenient to a nearby fresh vegetable/meat market as well as many restaurants. Our host Alejandra was very gracious and helpful. The included private garage space was nearby. Overall we could not have found a better choice for our extended Seville holiday!

Absolutely perfect for a family of 4!

We loved our two night stay on this property last week and wish we could have stayed longer. The underground parking garage was spectacular (a short walk down the road). Our daughters (ages 11 and 13) loved the top floor room with their fun bathroom on the 3rd level. The location was a nice strolling distance to everything we wanted to see (about 20-25 minutes). Alejandra was absolutely lovely. Despite the fact we did not have a language in common, we were able to communicate via translators on our phones. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Good location

The apartment was very nice. And it was clean. Alejandra was the perfect hostess. The location was perfect for exploring and the parking was very convenient. There are stairs - be prepared. The apartment is very much an open style. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were spacious and very nice. The upstairs bathroom sink is separate from the rest of the bathroom and is located in the hallway /staircase and open to the rest of apartment.

Exceeded Expectations

When an apartment has so many 5-star reviews, I worry it may not meet my expectations. That was not the case for this beautiful home. It was a perfect blend of old and new, sat in a quiet neighborhood close to groceries and cafes, and had all the basic amenities. The location was superb and easy to navigate by car or foot. We were a family of four - two kids 9 & 14 - and the home couldn't have suited us better. Sra. Alejandra is warm, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

Fabulous apartment in great location and lovely host

The apartment was in a good area with the centre an easy walk away but there was also lots to explore locally, including the fabulous food at Contenedor restaurant, just a few steps away. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and carefully arranged over a number of floors. The terrace was a lovely place to come back to after walking around Seville, with the sounds of the bars and chatter below. It was a great place to rest before heading out for dinner. Alejandra was a great host and although we communicated in French (very poorly on our part), she was able to give us lots of recommendations, which were all worth following up on, including a great spot for flamenco and tapas. Thank you Alejandra, we hope to return one day. Safe travels on your upcoming trips and thank you once again for rescuing us when my husband left his jacket in the taxi

Relaxing spot to set out on Seville adventures

This is a lovely charming two bedroom two bathhroom property with everything you need. In the warm months the ground floor bedroom is ideal and cool, the upper floor bedroom opens onto the large balcony area which has great views of the church opposite gives an ideal setting for late night cake and morning breakfast. The area is quite with minimal car traffic, single one way route outside. Safe quiet family residental area, we walked everywhere at all times and never felt any issues. Excellent host, who ordered our taxi for the return and always attentive on the whats app. She sent me the photo of my passport to allow me acess into the cathedral, (most places need this) Plaza De Monte-Sion 6 mins walk has lively bars and all you need supermarket. Fish market (not on monday) Mercado de Feria 4 mins Loads of resturants in Alameda Hercules 9mins Plaza Zurbaran good bar and tapas and a pit stop on the way into the shopping area. Have a great time.

Excellent stay!

This modern-on-the-inside Sevilla apartment in the old part of town is lovely! Beautifully furnished and well-appointed, it had everything we needed for a family of four. The upstairs tiled bathroom was just gorgeous (and hot water and water pressure was just fine). But what made our stay exceptional was the host, Alejandra - she is just the sweetest person. She had wine and goodies waiting for us when we checked in! Communicating with her was easy (we used both WhatsApp messages and the HomeAway app) and she was very accommodating of our requests. We wanted a late check-out and wanted to leave our car in her garage while we went on a walking tour of Sevilla and she readily obliged. Having a parking spot in old Sevilla is a huge bonus. We highly recommend Alejandra's place to future guests. (As other reviewers have mentioned, there are flights to negotiate in this apartment. This wasn't a problem for us at all, but just an FYI for folks who may have mobility issues).

Delightful stay

We are 2 retired couples traveling around Spain. Sevilla was our third city. We fell in love with the apartment the moment Alexandra met us at the door. She showed us the workings of the apt, gave us suggestions for traveling and enjoying Sevilla. Having these written out on the map was extremely helpful. After unpacking we shared the fresh fruit and later in the evening the bottle of wine Alexandra provided for us. We had breakfast and evening drinks on the terrace everyday. Watching life in the square from the terrace was entertaining. The layout of the apt is unique but that added to the charm of the place. We spent many hours in the comfort of the apt after exploring the city. At our request Alexandra arranged a couple of cabs to pick us up at the apt. On our departure day, Alexandra waited with us in front of the apt until our cab arrived. She asked us about our adventures in the city, she has amazing energy and a beautiful smile. Made our stay in her apt a highlight our trip. Joseph H

Alejandra was an excellent host, answered all our questions in a timely manner. Kitchen had everything you needed. Across the street, there is a market where you cab buy basics. Neighborhood was lovely. It is walking distance to cathedral. Having parking and a beautiful terrance made it even better. There are a number of steps up to the second bedroom and terrace, we had no problem but some may.

Great base to explore Seville and surrounding area

Property is in the historic downtown area, in the Macarena neighborhood.We traveled with a family of 4 including two teenagers aged 16 and 17. The check in was very easy, the owner, Sra. Alejandra, who lives next door contacted us ahead of arrival so she could show us everything once we arrived. House had plenty of space, everything in great shape, very complete kitchen setup, secure indoor parking about 3 mins to walk. A couple of points to be aware of:1. Since this house is within the old town, most streets are one way and very narrow, so do not get the XXL rental car update, you'll regret it.2. The house is set up verically over three levels, wasnt any issue for us but for someone with mobility issues or smaller kids the stairs may be a bit much (or an accident waiting to happen)All the tourist attractions in the center are about a 15-25 minute walk away.
