Welcome to our slice of heaven on the beach! Pull up directly under the covered parking and gaze eye-level at the sand and waves from this Gulf-front property. Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom beach condo was completely renovated with new interior construction. Fresh features include a brand-new kitchen with the latest appliances, smart TV’s in the living room and all bedrooms, and all new furniture and mattresses including a Tempur-Pedic in the Master.

The building is a community of eight units, the perfect quiet escape that makes the beach, pool and amenities feel all your own. The living room space is a perfect combination of elegance and comfort with its tasteful beach décor and cooling colors of blues and grays. The sliding doors open to a private balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean and sunsets. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV, full-size plush sofa, electric leather recliner and two beachy swivel chairs. The space has an open floor plan featuring a six-person dining table and full kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, dual icemaker in the fridge, under-cabinet lighting and is equipped with all your basic kitchen tools, pots, pans and serving ware.

The bedroom on the main level has a large closet, two twin-sized foam mattress beds, with a bathroom just outside the door including a full-sized tub and shower combo. Walk up the stairs with stainless steel appointed handrails and you will find two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The Master is a spacious room with a king-sized Tempur-Pedic bed, large dresser, smart 55-inch TV and its own private balcony overlooking the ocean. Enter the Master private bathroom through a sliding barn door and immediately feel the luxury spa ambiance of white marble tile throughout the large shower and dual sink countertops. Soak up your view of the ocean from the shower!

The second guest bedroom on this level is oversized and charming with cool surf-style décor and private bathroom. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, along with a comfortable armchair that pulls out to a twin-sized bed and large dresser for storage. The bathroom is all new with sleek quartz countertops and a walk-in shower.

Venture downstairs to the ground level and you will find a stunning pool. The condo includes a lockable storage unit by the pool filled with beach chairs, floats, sand toys, tents and umbrellas for your use. There is also a cabinet and second closet for sunscreen, a Weber charcoal grill and more toys. Oh yeah, there's also a commercial ice machine to keep your coolers full.

You will feel at home, safe and secure, with a lockable access gate to the beach allowing only residents and their guests to enjoy the property. A four-digit keypad entry to the front door makes it safe and convenient to come and go without the hassle of a key. There is high speed wi-fi throughout the condo with multiple router points for uninterrupted connectivity. A new full-size stackable washer and dryer will make it as easy as possible to live clean and comfortable.

Indian Shores is one of the Gulf beaches best kept secrets – where you can slow down, disconnect and live in the moment. There are plenty of nearby dining options, shopping destinations, fantastic fishing and water activities. Grab a latte and breakfast sandwich at Indian Shores Coffee, a mere 0.2 walk north on Gulf Boulevard…or venture 0.3 miles to the popular Salt Rock Grill and enjoy a cocktail and unbeatable surf and turf overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway. You can also enjoy relaxed atmospheres and often live music at local favorites such as Seabreeze Island Grill, Caddy’s Indian Shores, JD’s and Dockside Dave’s. The famous John’s Pass is a short six miles south, with its endless shopping, restaurants, dolphin-watching, watersport rentals and nightlife. There is something for everyone, right at your fingertips…or you never have to leave your beach chair.

Our slice of heaven is located 25 miles from Tampa International Airport, or about a 45-minute drive to destination.
