Directly on the beach, Newly renovated, 1600 sq ft, spacious
2 story beachfront townhome. Sleeps 7. Relaxing, uncrowded, white sandy beach. (Please note- Dec 2025 - Jan 2025 beach renourishment will take place in Belleair Beach. There will be beach access, but will change as the rebuilding moves down the beach.) Wake up to breathtaking ocean views throughout most of the home. Our Pool shared by 4 other units. Fast wifi, A/C & Heating, Smart TV's, full size washer & dryer in townhome, dedicated free parking spot for 2 cars. Residential neighborhood with only 5 units in our complex.
5 minute drive to Clearwater beach, Indian Rocks Beach. Central location includes restaurants, bike & kayak rentals, dolphin and fishing & sightseeing tours.

Our beautiful sandy beach is perfect for walking, shelling, building sand castles, kayaking, jet skiing or just relaxing. We have the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach wagon, toys & games.

Our great room has an extra large sectional and large smart tv. Great room opens to a private patio with outdoor dining directly on beach. Brand new comfortable kitchen has window seating on the beach front. Great for entertaining or relaxing. Ample of counter space, full size refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It’s complete with all dishes, glassware, pots & pans, blender, coffee pot, toaster, as well as all kitchen utensils you need. There is a dining table in the great room that overlooks the beach.

The spiral staircase takes you to the spacious master bedroom and loft. There is a private balcony, smart tv, blackout curtains and ceiling fan for uniterrupted sleep! You will have magnificent views of the ocean from the balcony deck and bedroom. The master has king bed, chaise lounge, smart TV, dresser. Extra large bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, closet, toilet. The upstairs loft has a direct view of the ocean, daybed with pull-out trundle, blackout curtains and ceiling fan.
Both Downstairs bedrooms both have smart tv's, plush bed linens. Both bathrooms have single sink with storage underneath for your personal items. Each shower has Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer & Towels.
Our private beach patio is the perfect place to start the morning and finish the day with a beautiful sunset. We have a bbq grill to use near the patio.
All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath & beach towels) are provided. We have 1 reserved private parking space that fits 2 cars bumper to bumper.
This home has been in our family for over 50 years and we think you will love it as much as we have. We live in Tampa so we are close if you ever need anything. It has all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy. Just bring your bathing suit!

What a view! Less than 10 steps to the beach. The beds were amazing, the furniture was comfortable, parking was easy, and the neighbors were friendly. But the view… absolutely unbelievable.

Our perfect family vacation!This townhone was exceptional. The perfect views and 5 steps from the backdoor to the sand were amazing. The home was spotless and perfectly clean. The owners had thought of everything to make sure our stay was exceptional.The memory foam beds were very comfortable for all of the adults as well as kids. Every room had air purifiers for allergies as well as sound for sleep. The kitchen was stocked with everything someone would need as well as the wine fridge.The owners had included everything outside that made a beach vacation great without us having to spend extra money. They had a wagon with ample beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, as well as other games and activities to use on the beach.You will not find a nicer townhome beachfront with the amazing views.

Location, location, location! As my husband said “the car is parked further away than our access to the beach”, and parking is right in front (beach is in the back). It literally took seven steps to put our feet and sand, that I never used my flip-flops. There were no surprises with this VRBO and have absolutely no complaints. I would stay there again. I think the only single drawback is that it is one of five units and one neighbor to the left is a permanent resident and lovely, but the other units are rentals so there is a little bit of luck of the draw as to who you end up near. But that really only impacts the beach experience as we barely heard anybody. I would stay here all over again!

Location excellent. Property while dated offered convenient parking, Well maintained pool just outside the front of the unit and the Gulf just outside the large glass French doors at the back of the unit. Large comfortable living room with excellent large TV.

Great beach access!

This house sat perfectly on the beach! Just steps out the back door was the ocean. It was convenient and extremely amazing to have the private beach access! The owners were communicating to us on day 1 ensuring that we had everything we needed. Our family had a very relaxing and lovely week staying at this property!

This special place has been in our family for three generations and holds decades of cherished memories. We’re sisters, Kathy and Cindy, and we grew up spending every summer here, collecting shells, building sandcastles, and watching the sunsets. We’ve always called it our “Happy Place,” and now we’re excited to share it with you! We both live in Tampa so we are 30 minutes away if you need anything!
