Welcoming 1bed Apt, excellent location to Commute to NYC. Bus stop is steps away. This apartment was recently renovated and professionally decorated to make your stay pleasant and in style. Bedroom has a queen bed, full of closet space, at the living room there is a full sofa bed. TV, wifi, a complete equipped kitchen. Elevator and laundry room in a common area. We also offer private parking for a daily fee.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

This property was extremely clean and everything was exactly as described.

I had the pleasure of staying in this property during an audition week for my sister. The property was very clean, everything was so neat and it felt like we were staying in a model home! The property manager was very helpful and communicated with us every step of the way. There was one small incident with the elevator where it wouldn’t open for about 20 mins but even then the property manager was super quick at responding and by the time someone was coming to the rescue the elevator started working again. Nothing like a little adventure during a Vrbo stay! Lol I truly have no complaints and I’m thankful for the accommodations and the relaxing stay. P.s. I would just take the stairs! Lol

The inside of the property was small but clean. The main issues I had was the parking garage was so small and I have a full size Bronco. I could not even get out of my vehicle without the door hitting the wall and I was barely able to get out myself. The combination lock was very difficult to get off and I could not get it locked back in at all. The second issue was the lock box to get into the unit. The hallway was more on the dark side and the numbers on the lock were so small I could not see to get the combination in and when I finally did get the number in the box would not open. It took us 15 mins to finally get in. I saw many other people having same issue the next day. The air conditioner put out very cold air and was able to pretty much cool the entire unit but there were occasions when the living area was warm. The TV was in Spanish and I could not get it to English. There was no TV in bedroom which was disappointing but the kids liked the unit and that is all that really mattered. Plenty of cooking equipment and utensils.

La atención con el anfitrión buena y amable, cualquier duda siempre respondían el único problema es el aire acondicionado que esta en el cuarto y si vas con bebe es terrible, sala hacia calor y cuarto frio cuando prendidas aire acondicionado pero terrible y peligroso para el bebe, mi bebe de 10 meses debido al cambio de prender y apagar el aire acondicionado en la habitación se enfermo, terrible ubicación aire acondicionado.

Beautiful and Cozy!

Couldn't be happier with this place. Everything is new and clean.. Ricardo and Claudia were great hosts. Always attentive to all my questions.. Very close to NYC.. totally recommend 👌. Muy feliz con mi estadia en este lugar.. Ricardo y Claudia son excellentes anfitriones... estuvieron muy atentos a todas mis preguntas.. solo 10 minutos de NYC.. lo recomiendo!
