The villa is divided into 2 independent apartments, wanting adjoining, ideal for groups of friends or relatives, can accommodate up to 14 people. One apartment has a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, total of 5 beds. The other consists of the living area on the ground floor and bedroom on the first floor. The living area consists of dining room, kitchen and living room, and 3 verandas, the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. The house is simply furnished and comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with all dishes, refrigerator, freezer and oven, there is a TV set in the room, bathrooms with shower and washing machine. In the garden there is an outdoor shower, barbecue and tables and chairs. The price varies depending on number of people and time.

Séjour magnifique. La maison est très bien située (1 plage très proche et quelques autres criques à 20 min maximum). Antonella (et son frère) est vraiment géniale, très gentille, à l'écoute et avenante.

Tres bonne situation geographique

Le logement est idéalement situé : proche de la mer, des petits commerces et permet de rayonner sur toute la région. Le logement est spacieux, se ventile à peu près la nuit en gardant les fenêtres ouvertes. Ne pas oublier de prendre avec soi ses produits de première nécessité (produits ménagers et rudiments alimentaires). Nous avons passé un bon séjour entre amis.

Bella casetta con giardino curato, doccia esterna e barbecue. Ottima l'accoglienza dei proprietari e la pulizia dei due alloggi. Situata in una posizione tranquilla e comoda alle spiagge con una passeggiata di 15 min tra i canneti; in auto risulta facile raggiungere bellissime spiagge e calette al Lido di Orri'. Consigliata x famiglie con bambini. Vacanza da ripetere...

Het huis is prachtig en groot. 5 slaapkamers een grote eet/slaapzaal, grote tuin. Huis is op verschillende manieren in te richten, makkelijk voor grote groepen. 14 personen is goed te doen, iedereen heeft dan zijn eigen slaapkamer. Zee is op loopafstand, 1km of 10 min lopen. Dorp en supermarkt en bar op 100 meter. Arbatax en tortoli op 10 min rijden, hier kun je al je excursies plannen. Tortoli is een gezellige stad waar veel moderne winkels zijn.

La sistemazione è ideale per gruppi numerosi. In ottima posizione per chi vuole visitare l'Ogliastra. Bel giardino con posto macchina. Il mare è distante appena 800 metri. 15 minuti a piedi.

Eigentlich möchte man das ja gar nicht so laut sagen, weil sonst die Anderen einem alles wieder wegbuchen, aber die Vermieterin war so entzückend, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, dass man ihr einfach nur viel Business wünschen kann. Für den Mainstream ist das Haus wahrscheinlich eh nichts. Es liegt am Rande eines nicht sooo touristischen Dorfes (Nachbarort bietet dafür angenehmes Treiben), Meer mit weitem leeren Strand in Laufweite. (Eisdiele/Bar und Einkauf ebenso) Das Haus ist extrem großzügig und der Garten blüht und duftet. Die Fotos werden dem Ganzen nicht gerecht. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber funktionstüchtig. Alles da, und wenn man was braucht, ist die Vermieterin sofort zur Stelle. Die Gegend ist phänomenal, für Schnorcheln, Biken und Wandern perfekt. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Sardinien zu erkunden . Und für den Urlauber, der lieber unter Italienern ist, optimal... Wir kommen wieder :-)

Bella casa tra mare e paese

Scrivo per la porzione con l'ingresso vicino al box auto. La casa si trova nella parte del paese rivolta verso il mare. Con una gradevole passeggiata raggiungerete in 10 minuti la spiaggia. Sempre a piedi potrete andare al centro di Lotzorai, dove troverete tutti i sevizi. La casa non e' nuovissima, gli arredamenti un po' rustici, ma tutto funziona e nel complesso e' gradevole. Il giardino e' ben curato, con un bel tappeto erboso e una doccia esterna. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, e quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con lo scaldabagno l'hanno risolto immediatamente e con serieta'. Nei dintorni abbiamo apprezzato la spiaggia di Girasole, da dove potete passeggiare nella pineta fino ad Arbatax. Anche da Santa Maria Navarrese potete raggiungere molte cale dal sentiero di Pedralonga. Conclusione: 5stelle, consigliato

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Ich kann nur sagen, die Bilder werden diesem Haus nicht gerecht. Sehr Sauber, angenehme Atmosphäre, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen wieder.
