for large families with its seven bedrooms, three of which have en suite bathrooms. Can accommodate
up to 20 people.
The villa is situated in an exclusive and very quiet residential area 3.5 km from the
centre of Cascais, but less than a kilometre away from all the stores. The lovely little beach
in Cascais, and the large beach in Guincho—perfect for water sports—are less than a 10-
minute drive away.
The 2,000-square-meter garden is a great playground for children, who will also appreciate the 9-
meter-long oval swimming pool. The outdoor spaces are particularly well-equipped, allowing
you to make the most of the region’s pleasant, mild climate: a covered porch with garden
furniture and a dining area under the pergola.
