Beware of Unexpected Cleaning Charges! - Very disappointing experience. The apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival. Inside, the cleanliness was below expectations, and outside there were large spider webs on the balcony that appeared to have been there for a long time. The biggest issue came at check out, when I was informed that guests were expected to clean the apartment before leaving and that an additional cleaning charge could apply. This requirement was not clearly communicated during the booking process. The same lack of transparency applied to bed linen and towels, which guests are apparently expected to bring themselves. Had these conditions been clearly disclosed in advance, I could have made a more informed decision. Communication was also difficult, as the hosts spoke only French, making it challenging to discuss or resolve any concerns. The lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unexpected requirements turned what should have been a pleasant stay into a frustrating experience. Future guests should make sure they fully understand all house rules, cleaning expectations, and additional conditions before booking.

Appartement bien situé géographiquement avec super coin cuisine bien équipé et petit balcon sympa. Lit très confortable dans la mezzanine . Mais l'accès d'un coté de ce lit et le WC ne sont pas très facile pour personne à mobilité réduite.Cependant, il y un canapé et une banquette 1 place au RDC.Nous avons été très bien accueilli.Nous avons passé un von séjour.

Es war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben, Marie Jose war sehr freundlich bei der Schlüsselübergabe und hat sofort bei Fragen geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Zentrum und den Stränden entfernt, ein Intermarche ist in Laufnähe, für 2 Personen perfekt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Bonjour nous avions réservé du samedi au samedi, lors de notre arrivée le samedi à 16h, la, personne chargée de remise des clés à cru qu on arriver le dimanche, le ménage n était pas fait à fond. Nous n avons pas fait de scandale car c était les vacances. L emplacement est bien situé, à, proximité de tout, l appartement est bien pour 4 personnes. Pour notre retour, nous avons demandé une nuite supplémentaire avec engagement de faire le ménage. La propriétaire s est montré sympathique pour 30 euros. Ce que je trouve vraiment très gentil. Lors de notre départ le dimanche, nous n n'arrivions à joindre personne pour rendre les clefs et faire constater le ménage. Après un temps d attente la dame qui s occupe des clés n est pas la propriétaire, juste l amie qui fait le ménage, elle constate que nous avions nettoyer, elle reste 1h avec nous à discuter vraiment sympathique et tout en faisant le nettoyage. Jusqu'à présent tout était nickel elle nous faisait des éloges, nous propose de rester en contact et ce lundi une fois rentré à mon domicile. Je suis très déçu car je reçois un texto en me disant que l appartement été dégueulasse et que l amie avait du repasser après nous... Je suis très déçu de la mentalité de la proprio car franchement nous l avions jamais rencontré et son amie nous a critiquer tout les locataires passé avant nous et maintenant elle nous fait passé nous pour des sales. Pour les prochains locataires ne buvez pas leur paroles....

Sehr schönes kleines Apartment

Das Apartment ist perfekt für 2 für einen schönen Urlaub. Gute Lage, besonders wenn man Fahhräder mitnimmt. Schöner Balkon, bequemes Bett, gute Ausstattung. Man sollte nur kein allzu großes Auto haben, dann ist das Parken bei Vollbelegung der Anlage bestimmt nicht so einfach.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt!!!

Obwohl wir durch eine schwierige Fahrt erst sehr spät ankamen wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und zur Wohnung begleitet. Merci beaucoup! Sie ist wunderschön und wir waren ...und sind es immer noch .. sehr entzückt!Gut ausgestattet mit Allem was der Mensch so braucht konnten wir problemlos unsere Tage und Mahlzeiten genießen. Die nächtliche Ruhe und Verdunkelungsgardinen garantierten einen guten Schlaf. Den Balkon mit großem Tisch und Stühlen haben wir leider nicht genutzt, weil wir soviel unterwegs waren, aber es gibt sogar einen Wäscheständer für die Badesachen...ein großer Vorteil!Auch die fußläufige Nähe zu 2 Supermärkten und vor allem der lebendigen Innenstadt oder dem Strand war perfekt!Insgesamt also ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne wiederholen würden.Merci beaucoup encore un foix et Au Revoir!!!

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement. Top confort, il n'a rien manqué à notre famille. Le petit lit dans l'entrée est une super idée, il permet de répartir les couchages des enfants en fonction des habitudes et besoins de chacun. Nous recommandons !

Très bon séjour !

Nous avions passé un excellent séjour dans se petit appartement , très bien accueilli à notre arrivée par Marie-Jo ou nous avions fait l’état des lieux ensemble. L’appartement est très bien situé à l’entrée des Saintes. Il est inutile d’utiliser son véhicule il a un Intermarché à proximité , restaurants et plage à quelques pas…. Parking privatif avec badge d’accès. par contre, pas de machine à laver ni de wi-fi, mais très bonne connexion Internet via réseau Mobile. À bientôt ! Alexandre :-)

Appartement de vacances

Idéal pour aller sur la plage à pieds, ou au centre ville. Parking privé dans l'enceinte. La personne qui m'a accueilli était très pro. Pas de bouilloire, elle m'en a ramené une dans les dix minutes. Très souriante. Je recommande donc ce logement.
