Logement spacieux et moderne, vue magnifique !

Très bel appartement refait à neuf, bien équipé, meubles et déco tendances, literie confortable. Grande terrasse avec vue sur toute la baie, le point fort de ce logement ! Résidence sécurisée avec une place de parking numérotée et des emplacements pour les vélos. A proximité immédiate des commerces (boulangeries, presse, fruits et légumes, Spar, vêtements,...) et le marché au pied de la résidence le mercredi matin. Le seul bémol est la musique du bar d'à côté qui vient rompre le calme de la résidence tous les soirs à partir de 21h30... Heureusement ça s'arrête à minuit !

Bel appartement mais pas climatise

Arrive la samedi nous avons recupere les clefs dans la boite a lettre de la concergerie Foncia . Il n y avait pas de numero sur la porte de l appartement l interieur etait propre mais meuble avec du moblier de recuperation et nous avons surtout souffert de la chaleur car il n est pas climatise en juillet/aout ce ne doit pas etre tenable. L exterieur n etait pas nettoye nombreuses dejections d oiseaux des herbes hautes avaient pousse dans les joints de carrelage il a fallut faire repasser la societe d entretien . Globalement cette location ne merite pas le prix demandee a cause de tous ces problemes surtout celui de la climatisation .

2ème séjour du nouvel an dans cet agréable appartement, notre coup de coeur du Grau-du-Roi. Appartement bien aménagé et équipé pour 3/4 personnes. Bord de mer et vue mer depuis toutes les pièces, belle terrasse. On reviendra!

Joli appartement avec belles et grandes terraces

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement agréable avec cuisine bien équipée. Tout est assez proche de la location, restaurants et autres magasins, le Grau du Roi en passant par la promenade est à 25 minutes de marche, la plage est juste en face. Pas la plus jolie des plages mais sympa tout de même. Je dirai que les seuls problèmes ont été la chaleur dans l'appartement, difficile de faire circuler l'air, et le manque de lingerie qui était prévu au départ et qui a été cessé, malheureusement. Pour des gens comme nous qui voyageons de l'étranger, ceci n'a pas été évident. De plus, nous n'avions pas de wifi ce que je n'avais pas vu sur l'annonce. Mais c'est pas grave, l'appartement reste très charmant et nous nous sommes adaptés comme on a pu.

Ferienwohnung in Le Grau-du-Roi

Gute Lage, schöner Blick. Leider war es auf der schönen Terrasse zu windig. In der Wohnung fanden wir leider nur per Zufall Dinge, die ausgeschrieben waren, die uns bei der Ankunft jedoch nicht gezeigt werden konnten ( Unwissenheit?). Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Beau T3, belle rénovation, confortable, bien équipé, bord de mer et vue mer, que du positif pour passer des vacances au Grau du Roi. Nous venons tous les ans au Grau du Roi pour passer le réveillon du nouvel an en famille.

Excellent séjour

Excellente location avec tout le confort espéré (très bonne literie, salle de bain refaite avec douche spacieuse, super cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée, séjour spacieux et confortable et la cerise sur le gâteau, une très très grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer et ses environs). Par ailleurs, la location est très bien située : accès direct aux nombreuses pistes cyclables et piétonnes, ainsi qu’aux plages pour la baignade et les dunes. Des visites touristiques sont aussi possibles dans un proche rayon : Aigues Mortes avec ses remparts et ses salins, Nîmes avec ses arènes. En résumé, nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir. Merci beaucoup aussi à Pierre pour la rapidité dans les réponses apportées à nos questions ; réponses toujours très cordiales. Bravo !
