Our AWESOME condo is a 'NON-SMOKING/NON-PET' unit and OUR ASSOCIATION POLICY PROHIBITS RENTALS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS OLD.

Was a great stay with fantastic communication with management. Location was great and unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Beach and chair service was a must and despite it being an older facility it had everything we needed. We will be coming back next year and hated to leave.

Great place!

My family and I come to the Destin area every year. We really enjoyed staying here and in Miramar. Great location, and the owner was amazing! The condo was fully stocked in the kitchen with nice utensils and appliances which I appreciated very much. The back bedroom did get warm however the owners were happy to provide a fan which helped a lot. The owners were so very attentive and helpful! We would definitely come back and recommend!

Overall the stay was great. There were some issues with the condo. Room with two beds stayed warm entire stay. Master room was freezing. Balcony door was very hard to open/close. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. I’d stay again

Old resort complex

The owner was very apologetic and quick to answer texts. The property management really was terrible. When I complained about shower water going scaulding hot to very cold several times in a 5 min shower and in both bathrooms, also AC went to 74 during the night for 2 nights, and gate code to get to and from beach stopped working at 9pm so my kids got stuck in the beach, and the parking was full and nowhere to park 2 times, the security guard had to tell us where to park. Absolute craziness!!! What’s the point of the parking sticker?! I know the owners apologized and I don’t think it’s her fault. I think the building needs some major repairs!!! Will not be going back to this condo!! EVER!
