Chalet new from 2019 with a capacity of 8 people max, 500 m from the city center and 10 minutes by car from the ski slopes.
Ground floor: entrance, fully equipped kitchen open to living room and living room.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed
Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer.
Separate toilet.
45m2 terrace with south facing barbecue
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, mezzanine with sofa bed and TV, separate toilet.

Le chalet était vraiment bien adapté pour 8 personnes avec des espaces personnels pour tout le monde. L’hôte est resté très disponible et répondait à toutes questions rapidement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le sapin de Noel préparé pour la semaine de Noel, les enfants ont pu avoir un vrai Noel.

Un très beau chalet proche de tout

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances à Gérardmer dans ce chalet confortable, spacieux, propre et récent. La déco est sympa. La météo était quelquefois capricieuse mais ne nous a pas gêné pour visiter cette magnifique région.

Emplacement ideal

Le Chalet est tres bien situe et est agréable à vivre, bien equipé etc... Attention tout de même si vous êtes nombreux car le coin TV est petit pour les 8 occupants. L'annonce stipule 4 chambres alors que le chalet contient 3 chambres et une mezzanine avec couchage. C'est trompeur surtout que le site affiche 4 photos de chambres (la même chambre est prise 2 fois en photos sous des angles différents).

Grande surprise de qualité par rapport au premium.

En prenant cette location, je me suis basé sur les avis sur Abritel et le classement premium par votre site. Il s’agit plutôt d’une auberge que d’un chalet. La location se trouve dans un bel endroit, mais de trois côtés, il n’y a que des vis-à-vis et le bruit de voisinage. Les lits ne sont pas du tout confortables. Ce ne sont pas de vrais matelas, mais des éponges. Les lits en longueur sont très petits. Je mesure 194 cm et j’ai été obligé de dormir sur un canapé du salon. Dans les salles de bain, il y a une odeur de canalisation qui imprègne les vêtements. Pendant la nuit, on entend le bruit incessant de la pompe à chaleur en panne. Difficile de s’endormir. J’ai été aussi surpris que, malgré la location à un certain prix, il faut rajouter le coût élevé de l’électricité (environ 30 euros par semaine). Nous sommes loin des standards européens et français si nous mettons cette location dans la catégorie premium.

Très surpris de cet avis car jusqu’à la veille de votre départ « tout était parfait » ( sms reçu ). Pour l’Électricité , effectivement nous avons coupé les radiateurs après votre départ , mis en plein mois de juillet … Les photos et descriptif sont conformes à l’annonce comme on peut le confirmer avec les nombreux commentaires reçus depuis plusieurs années. En ce qui concerne le tarif, pour info la période était remisée suite à désistement , location environ 30% moins chère qu’habituellement . Donc oui loin des standards tarifaires habituels à Gérardmer ! Pour conclure, personne très peu fiable , location rendue non propre et horaires de départ non respectée. Je ne recommande pas ces vacanciers

Séjour au top

Hôtes accueillants disponibles et réactifs. Châlet propre, bien équipé et bien situé. Randonnées à proximités et pour les amoureux de ski ou balade en raquettes l hiver le logement se situe au pied de la Mauselaine. Nous remercions chaleureusement les propriétaires de nous avoir fait confiance sans même nous connaître en nous permettant de venir avec 4 poilus. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Super Wanderurlaub mit Hund

Ein echt Toller Urlaub der keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und mit allem Eingerichtet was man im Alltag braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist wirklich Super gut 👍.Es war ein sehr Entspannter Urlaub mit einer Tollen lage. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier Buchen.

toller Urlaub in einem schönen Haus

Wir waren mit Freunden in dem Haus. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Schöne Umgebung. Allerdings waren die Küchen Utensilien nicht unbedingt für 8 Personen zum Kochen ausgelegt. Wenn man jeden Tag selbst kocht, dann musste man etwas improvisieren. die Vermieter sind sehr nett, alle Absprachen haben sehr gut funktioniert.

Familienurlaub

Superschönes Haus mit schicker Inneneinrichtung, die leider teilweise unpraktisch war: Handwaschbecken bei der Toilette, wo man die Hände fast nicht unter den Hahn bekommt, Waschbecken im Bad sehr hoch, 2. Toilette ganz ohne Handwaschbecken. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern ausreichend Platz und auch genug Geschirr, dass man nicht jeden Tag die Maschine laufen lassen muss, es könnten allerdings mehr Töpfe da sein. Wäschetrockner und ~Ständer und was man sonst braucht vorhanden. Auch der Außenbereich ist gut nutzbar, alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden, BabyBadewanne, ~Bett und Hochstuhl zubuchbar. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig und ich hoffe, sie tauschen noch den Kirschlorbeer aus. Wir hatten dort eine richtig schöne Zeit, danke

Fantastique !

Tout s'est très bien passé, le gîte est nickel, avec un grande pièce de vie très agréable à partager, une cuisine confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut dedans. On a tous bien dormi, l'état des lieux d'entrée et sortie se sont fait rapidement et sans accroche. Bref, une expérience à renouveler !
