Be residents of the highly sought after Lakewood National Golf and Country Club! Located in Lakewood Ranch, an award winning master planned community, close to all modern conveniences as well as close proximity to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, Siesta and Longboat Key. The newer clubhouse has casual and formal dining. There is a spa and fitness center, aerobics and Pilates, hair and nail salon, tennis center and pro-shop, two award winning 18-hole golf courses and tennis, resort style lagoon, lap pools and an outdoor Tiki bar with poolside dining.

Building elevator takes you to the fourth level Top View Terrace condo with clothes washer and dryer.

The "Birkdale" provides an open floor plan with the living areas to the rear of the condo allowing for maximal sunlight and enjoyment of the fabulous water views as well as views of holes 11 and 12 of highly rated Arnold Palmer designed golf course. Large storage unit located across from condo. One covered assigned parking spot. Plenty of parking for guests as well.

Community is gated with security guard at gate 24 hours a day..

Golf and club membership transfer is $600 + tax payable at time of agreement. This includes use of all facilities when available-tennis, pool, fitness center, pickleball, bocce ball, spa and salon.

There is a 3-month rental minimum from January-April.

Perfect 2 month stay

Condo was in a great location in an active community with all the amenities. Clean and well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Advertised pictures are accurate. I recommend this property

Beautiful Lakewood National Condo

We had a lovely four week stay.the condo is very comfortable and well appointed. The hosts were very kind and accessible if w needed assistance (everything went smoothly so we didn’t need to contact them). Lakewood National is a beautiful, safe gated community. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the balcony.

Great condo in Lakewood National

We enjoyed our stay. The fourth floor condo had great views and the unit was clean and well equipped. The owners were very helpful. Would recommend this unit highly.

Stay at Lakewood National

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our unit was meticulous. The property manager receptionist was great and made check in easy. We are not golfers so the property is not for us. Tiki Bar is great and we enjoyed that. Alan & Ellen
